2023 Season is here! Reservations are open for the spring/fall for short visits and summer visits run weekly from Saturday to Saturday. If you are looking for a short spring/fall stay this is the place to be. 1 mile from Head Beach and a few miles from Popham Beach. Morse Mountain is right down the road and a great short hike. Located on a private driveway and view of the marsh. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing get away this is it!!

This three bedroom house is open year round for vacationers looking to visit the Small Point area.

Nice open layout that fully enjoys the woods and marshes that surround the house. Very comfortable layout that was absolutely gorgeous in winter and one we would hope to take advantage of in summer. Very attentive landlord. It was also very nice to have a robust internet connection.

Light and airy

There was an old couch and other items outside beside the garage greeting us at drive up. Then we had push back the bushes to access the front door. Entrance to house showed no curtains or pictures, just empty hooks. We also found no toaster. After opening the windows off to the store we went for supplies in an effort to keep the family happy. Upon return we used one of the cars to block the pile of old goods and found the house very airy comfortable to be in. The lack of curtains offended the usual late sleepers, luckily the end of the road location offered great privacy so that wasn’t an issue. By weeks end the family thought well of the house, wished it had more finishing touches, cabinet knobs, curtains, thresholds, and a toaster, but it was clean, light and airy and we enjoyed the week.
