Our guests have unlimited private access to the beautiful Mauna Lani Beach Club,along with a state of the art air-conditioned fitness center and discounted rates at both golf courses that until a few years ago were the home to the masters Skins Game.
This almost 2,000 sq ft townhome is in a quiet area overlooking the Kohala mountain and is away from any ongoing construction noise. This spacious unit provides all the comforts of home with all the amenities you will need to entertain or prepare meals for your own family. The gourmet kitchen offers a full complement of cookware and small appliances including a regular coffeemaker, a Kuerig coffeemaker, Crockpots (large and small), toaster, rice cooker and more. Outdoor grilling is easy with the built-in Viking gas grill with a sink and granite countertop for quick cleanup. The wrap around lanai can be accessed from the large sliders both in the living area and master suite. The sofas in the living room are recliner sofas. There is a separate laundry room with a builtin granite countertop and wall cabinets. The frontload washer and dryer are full sized.
The whole family will enjoy the grassy play area behind the townhome, the large lagoon pool, the lap pool and the two spacious hot tubs around the amenity center. Beach equipment is included for the 3 minute drive to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Kayaks and standup paddleboards are available there to rent. This beach area is perfect for small children. You will want to watch the sunset from this beautiful area while sipping a tropical drink from the Napua Grill located there.
This townhome is unusually well appointed from the 10 ft ceilings to the beautiful professionally decorated traditional Hawaiiana décor. The spacious master suite with ensuite bath is located conveniently on the first floor. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second level with a full bath there for privacy and luxury. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Parking is conveniently located in the lot just in front of the unit, just a few feet away.

What a great week we had in this wonderful condominium! Our extended family who were staying at the Fairmont Orchid wished they had been so lucky!! Superb, quiet location, the townhouse is beautifully kept and appointed, with gorgeous (almost private) pools for the community. The pictures really don't do it justice - we were thrilled (and I'm in real estate, so that is saying a lot). Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous! Thank you
This is the perfect unit for a family or 2 or 3 couples. The layout is really convenient with the master suite downstairs and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and bath upstairs for privacy. It has everything you might need for cooking and entertaining. They have left a nice assortment of snorkel gear and beach toys for the renters use. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable.We found the shops and restuarants and beach to be only a quick walk away. The gym and pools are all top notch.
We will definately be using this unit again and would highly recommend it to our friends.
Our experience at Kulalani #2405 was especially nice. The unit is obviously professionally decorated with a pretty upscale Pacific Rim theme. A previous review had mentioned that the sliding lanai door and refridgerator doors were difficult to open bu we did not find anything at all unusual about them and, in fact, our 6 years old had no problems at all with them. The unit was neat and clean and the kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for meal prep and entertaining. A home is under construction about a half a block away but the noise has been quite minimal and the workers finish up midafternoon every day. We found the beautiful family type lagoon pool and well appointed gym a 5 minute walk away. Beach access is also about a 10 minute walk. The owners have left an extensive amount of snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach toys in the garage for the renters use. We would highly recommend this unit for 2 or 3 couples to share or for a family of 4-6 people.
We found this unit to be beautifully decorated, well appointed and sqweaky clean. There are beach toys, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc. available for renters use. The location is quiet but very close to shops and dining. The beach is a very easy walk. We would highly recommend this unit for just about anyone. I am partially disabled and found this unit to be easy to navigate with a cane.
