High-end, modern, near village and beach, comfortable with sea view. Modern villa (270 m² liveable space) with a swimming pool at the edge of the village of Santa Eulalia. Built in 2007 and less than 10 minutes walking from the beach.

House description:

This modern villa is the ideal base for a wonderful holiday in Ibiza. On a quiet location, yet close to the beaches, shops and city life of St. Eulalia, the villa is very attractive. The villa was built in 2007 by a German architect; in 2014, large parts of the interior and exterior fittings were renewed. Therefore, as to regarding quality and equipment, this property can easily withstand the comparison to more expensive properties. The wonderful villa consists of a spacious, air-conditioned living and dining area with several electric gadgets, a complete open-plan kitchen, and a modern bar, where you can mix drinks with fruits from the private garden. Depending on the season, there are medlars, apricots, pomegranates, avocadoes, lemons, citrons, or oranges. An approximately 130-m² pool terrace is inviting for breakfast in the sun at morning, as well as a barbecue (Weber) by the 14-m² illuminated pool. The covered pool terrace is most certainly a highlight worth mentioning. A roof terrace (80 m²) offers a 360-degree view of the sea, harbour, and inland, and is lovely for resting. You can enjoy perfect relaxation with a view of the sunset from the available hammocks, with a cold drink in hand - a refrigerator is also located on the roof terrace.

- 130-m² terrace surface in the pool area; ideal for relaxing breakfasts in the sun or barbecues at night. The pool area is sunny all day long.

Beautiful good not want more

We were 2 families with young children staying at the villa and it was perfect for our needs. Amazing villa and location and the owners are very helpful. Cannot fault anything and will be looking to go back again soon.

Michael and Yvonne were there to greet us, showed us everything and were so friendly.

Fantastic location, clean and well equipped. Would definitely return for a family holiday, the photos do not show a true opinion it is much, much better to see!

Pool very clean and warm, lovely owners and excellent communication.

You will not regret staying here!

Toller Urlaub in traumhafter Villa

Ende Oktober haben wir zu fünft für eine Woche einen tollen Urlaub in dieser Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist elegant und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist perfekt und der Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort durch Yvonne und Michael war absolut hilfsbereit und herzlich.

Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr zentral auf der Insel gelegen. Ideal für schöne Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Das mediterran bewachsene Grundstück und natürlich der Pool verleiten jedoch dazu die meiste Zeit dort zu verbringen.

Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer freundlich und es wurde schnell auf alle Fragen eingegangen.

Een droom villa

Wat een prachtige villa is dit. Wij vonden de foto's op de site al erg mooi, maar in het echt is alles nog mooier. Alles is in perfect onderhouden staat. En nergens is op bezuinigd. Buiten staan overal leuke zitjes en er zijn meer dan voldoende bedjes bij het zwembad. Het dakterras is geweldig, niet alleen qua uitzicht maar ook heel gezellig ingericht met loungebanken en een tafel. Ook aan een koelkast boven is gedacht. Binnen is de inrichting heel modern en mooi. Heel veel ruimte en ook hier is weer aan alles gedacht. De keuken is prachtig en voorzien van alles wat je maar nodig hebt. Hele gezellige serviezen en er is meer dan voldoende aanwezig om een topdiner te maken. Wij voelden ons meteen thuis, het is echt een heel gezellig huis met prachtige tuin die ook heel goed onderhouden wordt. De omgeving van het huis is heel rustig. Er is heel veel privacy en toch ook genoeg vertier in de buurt als je dat graag opzoekt. De ontvangst op de dag van aankomst was heel hartelijk en de contacten met de eigenaar zijn zeer prettig verlopen voorafgaand aan onze vakantie. Wij hebben een echte topvakantie gehad in deze villa.

8 Tage in einem Traumhaus auf einer Trauminsel

Anfang September durften wir zu fünft acht Tage in dieser wirklich tollen Ferienvilla verbringen; das Haus ist elegant, aber dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist perfekt und der Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort durch Yvonne und Michael war absolut hilfsbereit und herzlich.

Die meiste Zeit verbringt man natürlich eh draußen an dem einladenden und sehr gepflegten Pool oder auf der Dachterrasse, von der man einen atemberaubenden Blick hat.

Die Schilderung der Schlafzimmer könnte etwas missverständlich sein: Es gibt einen master bedroom (mit gaaanz tollem Bad) mit Doppelbett, ein ebensolches Schlafzimmer im Einliegerappartement und noch eins mit Doppelbett im Souterrain . Ansonsten gibt es zwei Räume mit Schlafsofas, auch alle mit eigenem Bad. Falls man jetzt absolut gleichwertige Räume erwartet, könnte es vielleicht mal Unstimmigkeiten geben; aber das Haus und die Insel sind viel zu schön, um das zu einem Problem werden zu lassen!

Fazit: Wer viel von Ibiza sehen möchte, sollte vielleicht lieber ins Hotel gehen, weil das Haus, das wunderschön mediterran bewachsene Grundstück und natürlich der Pool so anziehend sind, dass man am liebsten die ganze Zeit dort verbringen möchte:)

The villa sits in a tranquil and green location at the edge of the village of Santa Eulalia. The nearest beach and the sea promenade are, at most, ten minutes away walking. An endless offer of restaurants, cafés, and bars unfolds starting from the promenade that seamlessly merges into the marina. However, there are also some restaurants and shops in the immediate surroundings of the villa. You can reach the nearest supermarket in just 5 minutes walking. Since the villa has several terraces, a large balcony, and an ample roof terrace, you can enjoy the sun all day long. From the balcony - and especially from the roof terrace – there are wonderful views towards the Santa Eulalia marina, for example, or across the island's inland.
