In the middle of the island of Mallorca, in the small country town of original SENCELLES is located at the exit direction of the INKA the 17th century. Century manor house

"Can Mavi."

Historical property with its 450 m² of living space and an almost paradisiacal, secluded 800 m² garden with pool has been extensively renovated in September 2012 and modernized and converted into a small apartment house, the traditional Mallorcan style was preserved.

The "Can Mavi" has 4 spacious and conveniently equipped apartments.

The architecture of the building reflects the once stately mallorquinschen style and now brings the traditional elements with modern facilities and all the amenities you could want for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Each living unit without a balcony or terrace is one bifurcated terrace share in the large garden. There you can also take the home-cooked breakfast and leave undisturbed end to one of the balmy summer evenings alone with a glass of wine the day.

In the garden and on the terrace are sufficient seating for outdoor dining available, also is for each guest a pool deck available.

The large salon on the ground floor with an open fireplace and access to the garden with its large palm trees, the central olive tree, the Bucanville and the small romantic fountain, is open to all tenants available for use, as well as the pool with enough chairs and umbrellas.


The location on the outskirts of the town of Sencelles provides the ability to direct contact with the Mallorcan residents. Be there. We would like to point out that an apartment on the ground floor is occupied by the German manager of the property and the house and the garden and pool area are not designed toddler needs. Therefore, we can assume for safety and liability reasons only bookings with school-age children.

Süßes Studio im traumhaften Herrenhaus "Can Mavi"

Wir waren eine Woche im Can Mavi. Es hat uns super gefallen! Da wir nicht so die Massentourismus-Typen sind war diese Ferienwohnung genau das Richtige für uns: Ruhig gelegen, sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll im mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet ,sauber mit tollem großen Garten und Pool! Man konnte sich frei bewegen und alles für sich nutzen, ob Terrasse, Pool oder Küche (mit allem ausgestattet!). Auch unser Studio in der oberen Etage hatte alles. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich und man konnte viel Wissenswertes über die Insel erfahren. Der Ort Sencelles bietet auch ein paar Restaurants und man ist mitten unter den Einheimischen. Ein Aufenthalt hier im Can Mavi ist sehr zu empfehlen!
