What a great surprise!!!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I (6 adults & 2 kids) were so surprised at how well stocked the house was when we got there. We way overpacked!! Carrie and her dad were so helpful with everything we needed. The house was as great as it looked on the ad.And not to mention the river!! We had so many day trips in our original plans, but how could we leave the house, with the wonderful swimming hole they have! We ended up only taking 3 trips away from the house, and we had originally had one planned for each day. It was a week we will all remember as a great vacation!! We look forward to going back in the future.

Great getaway

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. We spent 3 days relaxing by the river while the kids swam and played in the water. The cabin was clean and everything exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful vacation home - we loved the house, the river, the yard, and the deck.

We would definitely come back here again. The house was very clean, had plenty of space and is in very good condition. There were several choices of seating to enjoy the outdoors by the house and by the river. Our kids had an awesome time swimming in the river! I highly recommend this location if you need a relaxing getaway!

A secret worth keeping, yet needs to be shared!

  • 5 of 5

We were looking for a last minute place to stay for our Memorial Day weekend trip to Crater Lake from Californi. We found this listing on HomeAway. We were a little apprehensive at first since there was to be no wifi or cell phone network and we weren't sure we would survive (yes, snobby us!). The pictures and reviews were pretty convincing but we weren't completely sure and spent a few hours (or days) JUST to decide but are we glad we did! This is one of THE BEST vacation homes EVER and we would never leave if we didn't have a job and dogs to get back to! Tranquil, gorgeous, peaceful, beautiful, serene and did we mention BEAUTIFUL ? It WILL leave you speechless- you have a stream and hills right in your backyard. Yes, really! It was breath taking, hoestly. The house itself is beautifully equipped with every single thing you need, read brand new appliances and cookware. Carrie was sweet enough to leave us some delicious cookies that we devoured upon entering. The house is well stocked with essentials. There is a small Bear Market 0.5 miles that has basic necessities like milk, eggs etc but anything else will need to be brought with you or bought from Shady Cove (30 miles away). We can't stop raving about it and definitely will be back :)

We LOVED this property!

  • 5 of 5

Family of 4 with two small kids. This place exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful and spacious. The property is right on the river with a huge yard for the kids and a beach area as well. We will definitely be coming back to this property next summer and I have already recommended it to several people. We felt very at home while staying there and we had a wonderful relaxing trip!

Home Away From Home

  • 5 of 5

This was my second visit to this place, and my first in this beautiful home. What a magnificent experience to have a house in the Tiller area that is gorgeous and surrounded by so much natural beauty! Anyone who has lived in this area, or grew up around here as I did would find great value in this place. Well worth the money, and a unique opportunity to reacquaint yourself with the area. Both of my stays have been wonderful. I've decided to utilize this place as my new "home base" when I come to visit. It's a far better option than any of the local area hotels. I highly recommend this place. You won't regret your stay.
