It is ideal for couples or independent travelers, the bed in the room is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and the place is ideal to hang out. The plants and chairs on the terrace make the perfect time to enjoy the afternoon talking and living together.

The whole area is lit to read a book, or sit down to drink a good coffee. Our sofa is quite spacious and comfortable works well for use as additional bed.

The smart gateway synchronizes with your cell phone. So forget the worry of losing the key;)

Ubicado a unos minutos del hospital San José, Christus Muguerza y hospital universitario en la colonia Doctores . A 5 minutos en Uber de las zonas comerciales de San Pedro y a 15 minutos del centro de Monterrey y fundidora.

Getting Around:
From here you can easily move to the main places of San Pedro and Monterrey. It has quick access to the main roads that take you to the downtown area of Monterrey and west of Santa Catarina and Garcia.

The easiest and fastest way to move in the area is in UBER.

We do not have strict rules. We just want you to treat our apartment and our neighbors as if they were yours.
For everyone's sake, make responsible use of electricity: please turn off the lights, air conditioning or heating when you go out to visit the city.
