Two-story townhouse tastefully decorated with a Master Suite and two additional second-floor bedrooms and full bath. Open floor plan with living/dining area, full kitchen with plenty of wares, and a powder room complete the first floor. Enjoy your privacy on the charming screened-in deck that backs up to tree line.
Literally a couple of minutes to the beach, downtown area and shopping, you can also walk down the street to the beautiful pool, pool house facilities, picnic area and tennis court. This home is located in Bethany Meadows--a very nice community just up the road from the Sea Colony West resort–-but it is much less congested and offers privacy and respite from the summer crowds. And because it costs much less, this rental is a 'best value for the money'.
Pet friendly - I allow up to 2 small, non-shedding dogs that are 25 lbs or less and over two years old - sorry, no exceptions. There is an additional fee and pets must be crated when left alone. Proof of shots and flea manintenance required.
Instead of holding a security deposit, I require a flat insurance fee of $49 which covers damages up to $1500.

We had a great time at this location. The home is beautifully decorated and has a fabulous screened in porch for relaxing. The pool is a minute walk from the townhouse. It is very large and crystal clear. The neighbors are all very friendly at the pool and many came over to chat with us. Beach was very close and has a great Main Street with terrific shops. Development is pet friendly so this was an added bonus. Marie is a wonderful landlord and is very attentive to the concerns of her renters. I would love to stay at this location again!!!!!
You will not be disappointed if you choose to rent this townhome. We rented it solely for the fact we could bring our dogs and were very pleased upon check-in to find a tastefully decorated, well taken care of townhome with all of the necessities of home.
Well-appointed kitchen stocked with everything you need (NOTE: Coffeemaker is a perculator so if you prefer drip, bring your own or there is Wawa, Starbucks, or Bishop's nearby to satisfy your need for caffeine.) for a week away from home. The rest of the home is decorated tastefully in French Country style with many personal touches. It was so nice not to stay in a place that was decorated with a cheap, "beachy" theme.
The townhouse is approximately 3 miles from the beach but we never had trouble getting there or finding parking (Bring quarters. Parking is $1.50 per hour). The trade-off is much less traffic and a quiet area to enjoy your vacation.
Grocery stores, shops, Grotto Pizza, and Wawa are all close by on Route 26 as well as a great find, Charlie K's BBQ. We stopped there on a whim for some takeout after buying our produce at the stand located next door and wow... did we get some great food which and it was also inexpensive!
I really do not have anything negative to say about the property. We enjoyed our stay and our dogs seemed to enjoy it as well. As the title says, pride in ownership is evident here and you can tell that Marie truly treats this home as her home away from home and not just a rental.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends or family. Enjoy your vacation!
