This property is located across the street from Anini Beach. Known for it's, beautiful, calm, coral reef protected waters, this uncrowded beach is ideal for families, snorkeling, kayaking, wind surfing, fishing, and stand up paddling.
Upon entering, you'll be welcomed into a Hawaiian style, contemporary common area. The layout offers an open floor plan with high ceilings. A full kitchen has all the up to date appliances, with tastefully selected granite counters. The dining table is large enough to seat 8 guests comfortably.
For the 'young at heart', the loft, with 2 double beds, is accessed from this area.
The 3 bedrooms are conveniently located on opposite ends of the living area. For comfort and privacy, the master bedroom with King bed, and full bathroom is separate from the other rooms.
The 2 guest bedrooms have Queen beds and share a full bathroom.
Barbecue or relax on the large, spacious, private lanai, overlooking the beautifully, landscaped tropical grounds below. There is also a large area in the back for outdoor games.
An outdoor shower, with hot and cold water, high speed internet service, as well as a washer and dryer are all provided for your convenience.
If necessary the small cottage on the premises can be rented to accommodate 2 additional guests.

For the comfort and safety of you and your neighbors, Kauai is still a rural, local style community, where neighbors respect each other. Be a good neighbor. Keep noise to a minimum, especially before 8:00 am and after 9:00 pm. Elevated noise activities or amplified music shall not be permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a good chance that your neighbors may need to work the next day or may want an early start on enjoying the island, so please be considerate. We also ask that our guests keep all vehicle parking, including maintenance vehicles, on the inside of the property. Outside street parking shall not be permitted at any time.

We retired to paradise to manage our vacation rental. After just a few weeks, we realized we enjoyed helping guests find the perfect vacation spot. We have had other vacation rentals, this one brings us the most rest.
Near various beaches with plenty of toys for the beach along with over 100 dvd's for all ages for a quite evening at home.
We had the most amazing vacation here in your beautiful home! Thank You, for sharing it with us and others. We have an ongoing love affair with the North Shore and especially with Anini Beach. We swam with sea turtles, saw whales and big-time surfers, caught Jack on a fly rod, swam, strolled day after day. We had amazing rain storms, some with thunder and beautiful sun every day. We hiked the Kalalau and the Powerline Trail. We had visits to 8 or 10 other beaches in the area, including Kee, Haena, and Tunnels, Hanalei Bay, Secret Beach, Anahola, Kealia and more. We attended a luau and had dinner in Kapa'a several times. We bought souvenirs shaved ince and coffee and slept very well. We fell blessed to be able to experience the Aloha of Kauai. Your home made our vaction extremely special! Mahalo!
Over the years we have rented five different places at Anini Beach. Our family voted this house as our favorite. Here are the reasons. 1. Location. It is right across the street from the path to the beach. It is far enough back from the road to make any road noise not an issue. It is not located very close to the park or campground, which is a very good thing. 2. Cleanliness. Don't kid yourself, VRBO photos don't always show the current condition of a property as we have experienced at Anini. This place is spotless with new kitchen appliances and great beds. It is also very well ventilated which is a must on this side of the island. The house is in overall excellent condition 3. Hidden extras. There is a two man kayak in the carport for your use. I know of no other rental there that will let you use theirs. You can carry it right down to the beach from the house. Ross and Cindy may even take you out on their stand up paddle boards if time and weather works out. A great experience. 4. Well stocked kitchen. We cook all of our meals and this kitchen was the most completely stocked with kitchen utensils of the places we have rented. Even the knives were sharp.
So if you are looking for an excellent spot for up to eight people for under $600 a night, I would recommend this rental....we have tried or looked at most of the others in the area. We will definitely head back here again as our family returns to beautiful Anini every year
An excellent location for large family/group. Home away from home feeling. Slept 8 very comfortably. Great for all North shore activities i.e. Napali coast boat tours,zip lines,and snorkeling. All gear for snorkeling on hand @ the home. Was the trip of a life time for our kids and grandkids.Ross and Cindy were the best hosts!!!!
Super convenient location across the road from the beach. Peaceful and lovely with nice big grounds, lots of fruit trees. Owners are on the property and they are friendly but gave us space.
Our family of 4 had a great stay at this house on Anini Beach. The house is conveniently located in a nice, quiet neighborhood directly across the street from the beach. Each morning we got up a 7am, walked the short path to the beach and snorkeled with Sea Turtles- truly amazing daily experience!
Our interest was to explore the north shore of Kauai- the house is perfect/convenient to visit all the north shore has to offer. We bought fresh local seafood almost every day and BBQ'd dinner once we got back to the house from our daily adventures. Such a great venue for a bbq dinner with a group.
Beds were comfortable, house is clean, great use of space, nice kitchen, well stocked with all things needed and more, beach gear available- including beach chairs, beach towels, 2 person kayak. We appreciated having a great washer and dryer for our hiking clothes and towels etc... Cindy and Ross were super responsive/attentive- they picked fresh papayas from their trees and left them for us, Ross even bought me beer which he certainly didn't need to do but, was a classy move. Outdoor shower is great/functional.
Amazingly, the chickens on the property are trained for both photo opportunities and to crow at all times of day and night- to give you an authentic Kauai experience.
We will stay there again if possible.
From booking with Cindy to the completion of our stay, everything ran smooth as silk. The house was so comfortable for our family of four ( two college-aged daughters who need their space!). The house has great appliances and is well stocked with DVD's and a large TV ( which was great for watching the Olympics). Great location right across from Anini beach and we used the chairs and kayak as well. Lots of beach toys too! Thanks for a great stay!
This is an excellent vacation home that is clearly loved by its owners. Cindy is extremely responsive, and Ross does sweet things like drop a bag of hand-picked papayas at your door. Impeccably clean, fully stocked for those who love to cook and in the most idyllic location on Kauai. We came as a family of 4 and had tons of room. The house could easily hold a few more. Anini Beach is quiet, safe and a perfect family getaway. We love this home and recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in paradise.
Anini Beach is only five minutes from world-class golf at Princeville and only a short drive to Hanalei for delicious dining, more beaches and Hawaiian life. You can enjoy one of the many farmers markets or wildlife at the Kilauea Lighthouse. Go to the end of the island and view Tunnels Beach or take a hike on one of the many trails on Kauai. Drive the island (this only takes a hour and half or so) and see the many other sites such as waterfalls, go horseback riding or tubing. There is much to do and see within a short distance.
