Condo, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2)
A massage therapist for the last 35 years and a nurse for the last five plus years, I work at Presbyterian Española Hospital and do professional bodywork in a private studio. I came to Santa Fe many years ago for a short visit, and fell in love with the land, the sky, the interesting mix of people. An avid rafter, skier, hiker, I love the close proximity of the beautiful Sangre de Cristo Mountains. This, coupled with the diverse artistic offerings make this community a unique place to live.

Why Owner chose Historic Eastside
My vacation rental is in an ideal location, just blocks from the city center, a wonderful local market, and the artistic center of the city, Canyon Road. My tenants can park off-street and walk to many major restaurants, galleries, and historic landmarks. It is a perfect location for lobbyists and legislators working in the government since the Capital Building is right down the street.

Cute Adobe Casita on Old Santa Fe Trail
This cozy adobe casita was clean, well kept and tastefully decorated. Ideal for two people. The bed and other furniture were very comfortable. Janice was a responsive host when communicating via either email or phone. We ran into a glitch when we first checked in with accessing the Wi-Fi. Janice responded in a timely manner and her husband came over in person to assure that we had the info we needed to operate all things electronic. The casita is in a good location, within walking distance of the central plaza, Canyon Road and the Railyard. Our stay was a very pleasant one.
Place is wonderful. Well located. Property manager super helpful.
This property was perfect! Janice took great care of my husband and me during our three night stay. The casita is adorable and equipped to meet our every need! Tons of fluffy towels, coffee and snacks and even an easily-located flashlight that I used to find a dropped earring. It was very hot during our visit and Janice was on it! She dropped by fans when the swamp cooler and air conditioner had trouble keeping up. I can’t wait to return.
