Great Location, Parking, Large Patio

My girlfriend and I stayed at Ryan’s property, it was perfect! Very clean, a kitchen to cook in as well as a washer and dryer ! Extremely close to Commercial St as well as the beach restaurants, shops galore, there is a gorgeous patio to sit outside at. Ryan was right there to answer any questions that arose! We are already looking forward to planning a trip for next year. And there are so many dog friendly restaurants, bars and stores! We thank you again Ryan!

Second time here-just great!

Right across the street from the Gifford house and a stumble away from Spiritus, Ryan's little rooftop pied a terre has all amenities one could want at a reasonable price. The place is clean and well maintained and even has its own dedicated patio for entertaining. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Some other important attractions within walking distance: the Boatslip, the Crown and Anchor, Joe's Coffee, Ptown bikes, Mussel Beach gym.

The place is adorable. It is actually much cuter than the pictures and in the perfect location. Ryan was totally accessible and retured the security immediately. We brought two small dogs and the small yard was perfect. We'll be repeat customers.

This place is perfect for a single traveler or couple. The living room and kitchen are nicely designed and decorated with a good size bedroom and bath. The location is incredible. One block from the center and heart of Commercial Street. It's less than a 2 minute walk to the best restaurants and nightlife in Ptown. Will definitely book again.
