The apartment "North Sea Crab" was ready for occupancy in March 2015 after extensive renovation. It is very modern but cozy, bright and friendly.
The apartment "Nordseekrabbe" is located on the ground floor of Westward-Ho, Neue Straße 32 on Borkum. Here you will feel completely comfortable on approx. 52 sqm living space on one level, consisting of 1 bedroom, 1 spacious shower-bathroom, a spacious living / dining / and kitchen area, a separate hall / cloakroom and an approx. 10 sqm large one Terrace with access to the garden. Sleeping facilities are available for a maximum of 4 adults, whereby 2 people would have to be satisfied with a pull-out couch in the living room. In the bedroom there is a 190 x 200m double bed. The seating in the dining area is designed for 4 people, the dishes and cutlery for 12 people. The kitchen offers everything you could need, such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, SENSEO coffee machine and much more. The washing machine is in the bathroom. The apartment offers a flat screen television, DVD player, WiFi and a midi stereo system for leisure activities.
The apartment is very centrally located, only approx. 300 m from the beautiful main beach and only 30 m from the pedestrian zone. The island railway stops approx. 150 m away. Bicycle rentals, shops, restaurants and various leisure activities are in the immediate vicinity.

Leider lag die Wohnung an einer belebten Straße mit nur einem Fenster mit Aussicht. der sogenannte Garten war komplett gepflastert und lag zwischen rückwärtigen Häuserfronten bzw. einer hohen Abgrenzungsmauer. Das Bad ist wesentlich kleiner als auf den Fotos dargestellt. In dem Bad befinden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner was den Eindruck der Raumgröße nicht verbessert. An der Duschtür links fehlte die untere Lippendichtung

Tolle Lage, man erreicht in wenigen Gehminuten den Strand, Geschäfte und einen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet und hat die perfekte Größe für einen schönen Aufenthalt auf Borkum.
