Entertaining the whole family will be a breeze, as you will have a fully equipped kitchen to whip up delicious meals, a large deck complete with an outdoor dining table and gas grill for summer cookouts, and a firepit to gather around as the stars come out! Don't worry about sandy toes and suits either, as the oversized outdoor shower has got you covered when you return from the soft sandy beach mere minutes away. Plus, when everyone wants to settle in for the night, all three bedrooms are located upstairs away from the living area where the night owls can stay up and stream movies on the flatscreen TV!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
