our exclusive 3-bedroom apartment is located in the small town Lobbach in the beautiful Kraichgau near Heidelberg Golf Club. Due to its mild climate, this region is also called the Tuscany of Baden.
Lobbach part of the Rhine-Neckar and located in the northern Kraichgau on the edge of the small Odenwald.
Heidelberg with its historic old town and the castle is conveniently located 15 minutes by car.
For SAP Walldorf is 20 km, to Sinsheim stadium of 1899 Hoffenheim 19 km away.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a detached two family house (separate entrance), which is available to guests fully available. It has a living area of 98 square meters and is divided into two bedrooms, a living room with a further sleep, kitchen and bathroom.
The whole apartment is due to its southern location and the bright and large windows flooded with light.
It is held in a predominantly white elegant and has a fully furnished large living-dining-kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, sink, microwave, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils.
From the kitchen and the living room there is access to 20 sqm large, partially covered terrace and landscaped garden. Garden furniture and barbecue facilities are available for use.
The living room has a glossy hardwood floors, silk carpet, as well as high-quality, partly antique furniture and a TV. A Wi-Fi internet connection is of course also available.
The bathroom is equipped with a generous free walk-in shower, basin and toilet and underfloor heating. Of course, a hair dryer is provided.
Towels and linens are provided.
The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an 8-door highly polished mirrored wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a bed (140 x 200 cm) and wardrobe in the country look.
Please note that this is a Non smoking apartment and pets in the interests of our guests are not allowed.
In close proximity to the apartment are a bakery, where you also find the daily needs, butchers, banks and restaurants. All major supermarkets can be found in the neighboring village.
The bus station is 150 meters away, and from there you have a direct connection to Heidelberg or the S-Bahn station Meckenheim.
Golf enthusiasts will find the Golf Club Heidelberg-Goose field is 1 km away.
Within 30 km you will reach another nine golf courses.
If you are arriving by car, a car parking space is reserved for you.
The apartment is lovely. We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and warmly welcomed by the owners. It is located in a quiet village but Heidelberg is within easy driving distance. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment very well appointed. The garden is beautiful and the terrace nice to enjoy a coffee on! We will definitely be back to stay when we next visit Heidelberg and the region. We would recommend this apartment to families and couples.
WOW! WE JUST LEFT THE BEST APARTMENT RENTAL EVER. IT IS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED AND MAINTAINED WITH ALL THE MODERN CONVENIENCES YOU COULD WANT. THE TERRACE LOOKS OUT ON A BEAUTIFUL, COMPLETELY PRIVATE GARDEN. THE BEST PART OF OUR 6 WEEK STAY WAS MEETING AND GETTING TO KNOW OUR HOSTS, ISABELLA AND CHRISTAIN. YOU WILL NEVER MEET A NICER, FRIENDLIER COUPLE. WE MISS THEM ALREADY.
OF COURSE, THE LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR A QUIET, LOVELY AREA TO RELAX. WE DROVE TO HEIDELBERG OFTEN TO ENJOY THE CITY (ABOUT A 15 TO 20 MINUTE DRIVE) AS WELL AS LOTS AND LOTS OF SURROUNDING VILLAGES AND TOWNS WITH BEAUTIFUL CHURCHES AND GOOD BAKERIES. THERE IS SO MUCH HISTORY TO EXPLORE AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES TO ATTEND . THIS APARTMENT IS A DEFINITE "MUST" IF YOU WANT TO BE NEAR HEIDELBERG BUT AWAY FROM THE CITY NOISE. RECOMMENDATION: VISIT SCHRIESHEIM FOR GOOD FOOD AT THE LARGE CAFE/RESTAURANT ON HEIDELBERG STREET (REASONABLE PRICES) AND THERE IS A GOOD WINE TASTING SHOP NEARBY. THE ITALIAN SHOP SELLS PASTAS AND WINE WHICH ARE VERY GOOD. ALSO VISIT EBERBACH - THE GREEK RESTAURANT (HERMES) IN THE CENTER OF THE TOWN SERVES DELICIOUS FOOD (LAMB DISHES) AT REASONABLE PRICES. Only requirement is you must have a car and GPS! It was easy to find with GPS and conveniently located for sightseeing in the Heidelberg area and close to the Autobahn heading south to the Black Forest and Bavaria! Centrally located for day trips to France and many attractions in Germany. We stayed 9 nights and felt right at home! The bed was very comfortable and we loved the heated bathroom floor! The view of flowers and green grass in the garden and yard were a delight from the kitchen and living room - both with doors outside to the patio! The hosts, Isabella and Christian, were a wonderful- both conversant in English and so friendly and kind. They surprised us with a bottle of champagne on our arrival and later in the week some freshly baked apple kochen!
We would definitely come back here again and have recommended this apartment to all of our German friends for their visitors!
Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was spotless and the owners were welcoming and available for any questions. I was surprised there was no microwave or a freezer. Apparently Germans like to buy their food fresh. I have personally adopted this method now that I am back in the states. I was there to drop my son off at Heidelberg University. It was 15-20 min drive from the city and we took a different route every time to experience the surrounding towns and countryside which were equally beautiful. I would highly recommend this place and give 5 stars for beauty of apartment and outside garden and patio, cleanliness, location, safety of area, close proximity to food...both eating and buying and mostly for the care given by the owners.
Isabella and Christian Moritz were the consummate hosts from a warm welcome, to a walk through of the apartment and the thoughtful gesture of leaving water, champagne and orange juice as well as other kitchen amenities. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well kept. The outside garden was a beautiful view. My son and I had lived in Nussloch for a few years and were returning to Germany for a vacation when I ran across the apartment. I would gladly return to stay for another vacation however I think the apartment would be even better if there was a microwave (heating leftovers in/on a stove tends to make for more dishes) and if WiFi was offered. A stacking washer and dryer in the bathroom would make this rental EXCEPTIONAL and I would gladly pay a lot more to rent it. Best wishes to Isabella and Christian on their future renters.

Es stimmte einfach alles! Angefangen von einer Ferienwohnung die keinerlei Wünsche auf den 98 qm
großen gemütlichen mit viel Liebe eingerichteten "Terrain" bis hin zum gepflegten großen Garten und der
überdachten Terrasse. Man merkt den Vermietern an, dass auch sie ihr Haus vorzüglich in Schuss halten
und viel Freude an kleinen Details haben, die das Ambiente der Ferienwohnung ausmachen. Die hell und freundlich
gehaltenen Farbtöne dominieren alle Zimmer einschließlich der Terrassenmöbel. Die FeWo ist vor allem geeignet
für Leute , die im Urlaub abschalten möchten, Interesse an Natur , Flußlandschaften , schönen Altstätten , Kultur
und Freude an Autotouren in die nähere Umgebung ( 80 km Umkreis) haben. Für Kinder u. Haustiere hingegen
wäre dieser Standort nicht so empfehlenswert. Die freundlichen und ausgesprochen zugänglichen Vermieter
bieten sich geradezu für ausführliche Unterhaltungen und für gemütliche Runden im Garten des Hause an.
Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub , nicht zuletzt bei traumhaften Wetter!
