Our houses have an excellent and extended equipment, which you will barely find in any vacation rental house. We take care about offering top standard houses which offer a luxurious hassle-free vacation in our houses.

We are on the vacation rental market for more than 12 years. Besides our own houses we rent several high quality vacation rental houses. The houses we rent we all know in person and we check them on a frequently basis to be up-to-date about the appearance and equipment of all houses we offer. Due to this we are able to support you as our guests perfectly in finding "your" vacation home, matching all your demands. Please note that we rent vacation homes as AGENTS BUT WE ARE NOT ACTING AS PROPERTY MANAGERS AS WE ARE NOT WORKING FOR THE OWNERS. We rent the houses on their behalf as intermediaries. We have not influence on the wording incorrectly translated and put online by Fewo-Direkt and HomeAway. We have asked them several times to change this to avoid any misunderstandings. Each vacation home owner has his or her own property manager who is located in Cape Coral and will support you during your stay in case of any questions and will make you familiar with all details you need to know about the rental property.

Please contact us also if you wish to get offers for rental boats. We will be glad to answer all questions about boating and are able to rent a boat to you.

Wunderschönes Haus in bester Lage, besonders interessant für Bootsausflüge, da schönste Ziele schnell zu erreichen sind. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und geschnackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben sogar verlängert...!
