Cosy, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment with balcony waiting for you in Giesing.
There is a bedroom for 2 people.
It was not bought in addition to the red couch a turning and reclining couch for the living room, so that at any time 4 people can be accommodated in the apartment.
The apartment has a kitchen (wood kitchen with corner bench) with dishwasher, ceramic hob and washing machine.
I ask you to hang wet clothes on the balcony.
The bathroom has a bathtub incl. Shower, toilet and a window provided for ventilation.
The apartment is equipped with towels and all the necessities for everyday use. WIFI available!
The apartment is on the first floor, 3 steps.
This hotel is very central, but still quiet and in a safe area.
If you bring a dog, this is extra.
The price for a dog is 15 € per night.
The price for children / night scale as follow:
0-4 years = 15 €
5-12 years = 20 €
13-17 years = 25 €
The V-Market is one kilometer away. There is everything you need for the daily needs of food or anything else.
The bus stop is located very close to the apartment.
To the underground (Giesinger station) there are a 7-10 minute walk.
The apartment is located next to a park, Kustermannpark.
When the sun shines, you can just sit in the park next door.
Location near Ostbahnhof and Rosenheimerplatz, Giesing Station.
In a few minutes you are in downtown.
If you arrive by car, there is the possibility to use the car park directly under the apartment balcony. The price for parking is 10 € per day.
Dogs / pets by arrangement -> Check for dogs / night = 15 €
The Pet price can not be calculated per night on vacation-right, to pay this price separately upon arrival so I ask you.
This is a Non smoking apartment! Smoke detectors are installed, but you can sit outside, smoke in the park or on the balcony! Arrival if possible from 16 clock and 19 clock
Apartment is in the downtown area. Bell is inscribed with the name "Kuhn".
Apartment is located mezzanine floor with balcony.
Take the S-Bahn to Hauptbahnhof or Ostbahnhof (it take any S-Bahn to the Ostbahnhof both as well as the main train station → trunk line)
From Ostbahnhof take the bus, this stops directly outside Balanstr. 124 or go to the central station and the main train station directly to the underground (U2 direction Messestadt Ost or U7 direction Neuperlach Zentrum) at Giesing Bahnhof (Giesing) off.
When you arrive, please press the bell with the name "Kuhn" (girl's name).
If you have rented the car park to remember the following:
The home address is not equal to the parking address. The parking lot is located behind the house. You drive from the Bath Dürkheimer street corner Balan street behind the house.
That is Bad-Dürkheimer-road is between the house and between Kustermannpark. The car park is located underneath the balcony.
Rosemarie was a fantastic host. She made sure the place was clean and ready upon our arrival, communicated throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and made leaving the accommodations simple and painless. The property was a convenient short walk to the tram station, the market, and other stores. I would highly recommend staying there.
Very welcoming when I arrived, very clean/quiet neighborhood. Owner was on call if anything was needed, and we enjoyed our stay. Train station was a 5min walk away, which was nice. Great apartment to rent!

Could not have had a better place to enjoy Oktoberfest and the sights of downtown Munich. The bus, the subway, the train, the store, and restaurants were all close and the fact we had parking and great internet made our stay fantastic. Rosi was most helpful and we thank her for making our stay one of the best we've had in Europe.
Diese Wohnung ist etwas für Menschen, die München erkunden wollen. Buslinie direkt vor der Haustür. Verbindung über S-Bahn z. B. zum Viktualienmarkt ca. 25 Min., Wochenkarte ca. 17,00€. Besser geht es garnicht. Wohnung ist, was Küche angeht, komplett ausgestattet . Wohnzimmer: TV / Wlan. Schlafzimmer liegt zur Balanstraße (verkehrsreich) hin. Merkt man aber erst, wenn ab ca. 06:30 Uhr der Berufsverkehr beginnt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett (Danke Frau Eder) und hat sich sofort um kleinere Mängel gekümmert. Ein kostenpflichtiger PKW-Stellplatz unter dem zur Wohnung gehörenden Balkon (Hochparterre) hat uns die lange Suche nach Parkmöglichkeiten im Bereich der Wohnung erspart. Empfehlenswert. In der fußläufigen Umgebung der Wohnung Einkaufsmöglichkeiten / Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung hält das, was sie verspricht. Beste Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Bus vor der Haustür, 5 Min. zur S- und U-Bahn. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist Top eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
