The apartment is located directly in the city center, in the pedestrian zone "beach road". The building is located next to the beach road 4 well-known 5-star luxury hotel "Hamburg" and is adjacent to the apartment house "beach castle". The apartment is located in the third Floor, at the back and quiet. In the immediate vicinity are numerous dining establishments, shops and a bus stop and a taxi rank. The beach and the train station is only a few hundred meters away.


The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom with kitchenette, a hallway and a new shower room. 2014, the apartment was completely renovated, the furniture is new.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. The living room, bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, wardrobe, chest of drawers, flat screen TV with radio function, a 2-seater couch with a coffee table and a dining table with 2 chairs. Die kleinen Wohnung hat Wohlfühl-Charakter. Sie wirkt hell und freundlich, auch ohne Balkon und schönen Ausblick. Sie ist gemütlich, geschmackvoll und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist gut geplant und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, inklusive Spülmaschine. und ganz wichtig sie ist sauber und gepflegt.
