"Casa Carolina" is a new, free-standing, built with Climalitsteinen and equipped with double glazing cottage. It has a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a large terrace with awning, garden furniture, pool loungers and barbecue.

The house is located in the beautiful and spacious private Urbanizacion "La Escuera", about 2.0 km from the coastal town of La Marina. In
20 km away is the airport of Alicante.
In about 800 meters away Urbanizacion La Marina are bodegas, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, a variety of smaller shops, a post office, pharmacies, hairdressers, etc. Even a small clinic is available.
The La Marina is a small coastal town on the Spanish Costa Blanca near Guardamar del Segura located. The only 500 meters away from the village and a few kilometers long, white natural beach is bordered by dunes and pine forest. In the high season you can rent umbrellas and here (built only in summer) refresh with a cool drink in one of the small beach bars. To La Escuera to reach the beach, it is best to use the bus (in season) or you are a car from one of these agencies hired. These often offer also a complimentary airport shuttle.
La Escuera / La Marina is not only suitable for a beach holiday. From here you can also visit many destinations.
