This condo provides the perfect place for year round activities. With access to a private very large garage on the ground floor, carrying many items up and down the stairs is a thing of the past. Great for storing a truck or boat full of fishing or beach gear. Less then one mile to the beach! Amazing balcony view of the pool, that has a shade and a sunny side for your enjoyment.

Master bedroom has queen size bed with private bathroom.

Second bedroom has full size bed with trundle twin pullout. Also a queen blowup mattress with pump.

Also a great getaway in a nice quiet and small community for Winter Texans!

                                                            Apartment was great! Very well-kept. Garage on lower floor was a bonus! Pool was beautiful and well-maintained. We will be staying there again!

                                                            The property was only about a minute from the beach. The place was clean and spacious and we were easily able to fit 5 people and a dog. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in Port A.

                                                            Daniel and Jen are warm and very upfront, honest people. Very easy to deal with. They were a delight to work with and always very responsive. They should have a 5 star rating.

                                                            There were issues that we encountered during our stay which were frustrating and concerning that were unrelated to the storm:

                                                            *Large, dark furniture makes the living area very hard to maneuver and claustrophobic and dark with not much outside light coming in. There is not enough lighting in that room to brighten it up

                                                            *Lack of some basics like kitchen linens, light bulbs, broom

                                                            *Being without internet and tv for over a week when the weather was bad and there wasn't much to do outside

                                                            *Plumbing issues which were fixed while we were there

                                                            *Overflowing trash cans in front of garage the entire month we were there, we had to park next to them and smell them every time we went out. Left by workers in the garages along with trash all over sidewalks

                                                            *No light outside the building where 20 steps up and down are hard to use when it's dark and there's trash at the bottom on the walks. Being 70 and being pulled down by a dog anxious to get downstairs in the dark is scary. I left a flashlight for the next guest.

                                                            *Washer/dryer are too high up on a platform to reach without a chair to stand on. There was one in another part of garage but felt a little unsafe.

                                                            On a positive note, the people in the association and guests, were very pleasant and welcoming, they were resurfacing pool and tidying up the grounds in back for spring break. This was not the year to review due to storm, but hope this will help in the future to make things better for next guest.

                                                            Hi Pam and Richard,

                                                            Thank you for the kind words about myself and Daniel.

                                                            Regarding the issues, again, we apologize. We had just replaced all of the living and dining room furniture before your arrival, as most of the contents were ruined during the storm. When we are there, we usually open the blinds for some natural light to shine in. We have added more basics after reading your note when you left; we assume some of the linens and the broom may have been used by the contractors across several units as they worked to get everything back together. We very much appreciate that you worked with us, allowing Spectrum to come out and update our internet and cable at the end of your first week there, and welcoming our handy man to come replace the secondary bathroom faucet. As much as we wish we did, we unfortunately have no control regarding the contractors and workers. They have put in countless hours and hard work, fixing and rebuilding the island. The siding where the stairs are was still being replaced; that is why there wasn’t a light up quite yet. That was very thoughtful to leave a flashlight.

                                                            We appreciate the feedback, and we will address all that we have control over.

                                                            Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Great location in the middle of town. We rented a golf cart so the garage really came in handy. Beach wasn't too far away either.

                                                            My husband and I stayed here with another couple for a 4 day weekend and we loved it! The pool and property is beautiful and I LOVED that they allowed our dogs. It was so nice to bring them. The place had everything we needed and was comfortable. Plenty of room to relax, watch tv, enjoy the patio or do some cooking. Big plus that it has a garage too in case you bring your boat. I would definitely stay here again and the owners seem like great people. Awesome value in this place!
