About Property Manager
We lived in Potter County for 17 wonderful years and raised our children there. The ceder-sided house is beautiful, and the 56 acres that come with the house are filled wildlife. We've seen twin fawns frolicking on the mountain and bear cubs racing up trees. Porcupines, raccoons, and rabbits abound. We've biked and hiked and sledded for hours. The town is full of friendly people, and the area has many things to do. It's a great place to get back in touch with yourself and the natural world. We hope you love it as much as much as we do, Jeff and Mary Beth, Granbury, TX.

What a lovely home for a gathering of friends, family or business associates. Unique spacious home and grounds offer plenty of space for everyone. We shall return!
The Miller retreat was exactly as described. It had plenty of room for my family and the communication with the owner was ideal.
We were a party of 12 guests. Stayed there for one night only and loved it! Wish we could stay longer. The place is clean and very unique.
Though there are no ACs in the house, we actually got kinda chilly at night which is a good thing in the summer.
Mary Beth stayed in touch at all times to solve any issues and questions we had at a time.
Hope we will be able to stay there longer next time!
A roomy and beautiful property!
This place was very large. We never felt cramped, and there were a lot of us (including many children). The rooms were roomy, the beds were comfy, and my wife raves how nice it was to use the jacuzzi tub.
Everything was also very clean. The back yard was big, complete with a playset for young children. There was a second fridge/freezer in the garage, so we had plenty of room for all the food we brought. Our host was so helpful and kind. My family traveled alot during our few days there to see the sights. Several of the other families kept to the lodge. They all expressed how happy and grateful they were for this place.
Our GPS led us 7 tenths of a mile too far north. Finding the place was easy once we realized it was at an opening of the guard rail (guard rail is come and go on rt 872). We can see the sign at the entrance of the drive only when driving South.
AT&T had pretty much no reception at this property or even the area at large. Verizon had good reception. Less than a mile away was a dollar general. Five minute drive to Coudersport. 20 minutes to see the stars at Cherry Springs.
Beautiful home. Truly enjoyed our stay.
Nice family home
