Gaze at the Continental Divide and Long's Peak (one of the highest peaks in Colorado) as you barbecue off the deck or just relax and allow the 'Mountain' motif to sweep you away - into the Vacation Zone!

Only 5 minutes walking distance into downtown Estes Park, and a 5-minute traffic-free drive to the Black Canyon Inn or the Stanley Hotel! We're also just across the street from one of the stops for two different lines of the free shuttle service (available in the summer months).

The Main Level Master bedroom has a king-sized memory foam bed, separate deck access, double vanity master bath plus a jacuzzi tub, and separate TV. Spacious family room including TV, kitchen with breakfast bar, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range/oven, microwave, dining area, and laundry room (washer & dryer available to use) plus a half bath. Thanks for considering our property, we appreciate it. My wife and I love visiting Estes Park, so we purchased this home from someone who also rented it out, and she did a wonderful job of decorating and furnishing it. Fortunately for us, she handed over the reigns, and we've been enjoying renting it out since then. We've made sure every little detail is exactly how we like it when we stay there, so hopefully it will be exactly how you like it as well!

What makes this townhome unique

This property is ideal for families that like to enjoy the Estes Park downtown area, as you don't have to deal with traffic! You can walk to town or drive to the park without ever having to drive in the congested areas. Also, and hopefully you can sense this from the video, it's in a very quiet neighborhood, and you'll really enjoy sitting on the deck and looking at the mountain view!

ick, we really enjoyed our time at your place in Estes Park. 5 stars. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed playing pool when our hiking legs were too tired to go out.

The fans were much appreciated because it got quite warm upstairs in the afternoons. Of course if you had a/c we would have used it but the temps did drop nicely in the morning.

Thanks so much for some great memories.

Great location!

We rented this home and had a wonderful time over the Thanksgiving weekend! The proximity to town was perfect! We were able to walk to the Christmas parade and shopping, so we didn't have to deal with parking on a very busy weekend. The house was equipped with everything we needed and had plenty of space for our kids and grandkids. We really enjoyed the master bedroom view, large bathroom and memory foam mattress! Great Family Trip

We stayed at this great townhouse last Winter. Everything was clean and cozy. The townhouse is stocked with anything you might need and our family enjoyed walking to town each day. Estes Park is a great little town. My kids are asking when we can go back. Thank you and we look forward to returning again soon!

Fantastic home, and even better vews!

We stayed in this beautiful home in Estes Park the last week in July. We have stayed in many different homes in Estes and this one was by far our favorite. The place exceeded our expectations!

The home is much newer than you find in most places in Estes Park and the location close to town was great. We walked to dinner every night and most mornings for coffee. It is a little up the hill from town (about a 5 min stroll), but hardly noticeable compared to the hiking trails in RMNP. And the hill is what provides the fantastic views from the back deck of Longs Peak. These were truly amazing.

We also were pleased with how well the house was decorated with the many mountain home furnishings. Much nicer than the recycled furnishings you see in some rentals. The kids loved the pool table, and we loved how close it was to everything (safeway, restaurants, all the different national park entrances, etc). We will definitely be back as soon as we can. The owners were very nice to work as well and were very responsive to questions.

Family vacation

We stayed at this condo for a week with our 3 kids, ages 12, 12, and 6. The condo has a nice layout where the kids were all able to sleep downstairs and we all had some privacy when needed. The pool table was a huge hit for the boys and we ended each night with family pool games. A lot of the reviewers mentioned the close proximity to downtown but with 3 kids I would definitely mention that it isn't as close as I expected. You have to walk on the narrow, curvy road downhill into town and the way back up was enough to do my 6 year old in. We actually ended up driving back and forth more often and parked in the Post Office lot downtown. The house is in good condition but could definitely use some upkeep as the walls, carpets and bedding look pretty worn. The screen door was broken going out onto the deck (pretty minor but should be fixed). Overall - we enjoyed our stay and the ability to spread out and have a little more space. The house is well stocked and was very clean and organized when we checked in. We even had the pleasure of seeing an elk outside the patio one evening - a huge hit for our 3 boys!

We're just a third of a mile from the center of Estes Park, close enough to walk and avoid the summer traffic, but far enough away that it's peaceful and quiet. We're also just a 5-minute drive to the national park, the historic Stanley Hotel (from The Shining movie), and the lake.
