The Living Room features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The entertainment console contains a 42' Samsung Plasma TV with expanded local cable television and HBO as well as a DVD player and stereo system. .
Bunk beds are located in the hallway just a few steps from the hall bathroom.
The washer and dryer are located off the kitchen with ironing board and iron to your convenience.

I rented this condo for my honeymoon and was NOT disappointed at all. The furnishings were beautiful, modern, and the place was meticulously clean when we arrived. The location is great-convenient to everything. The views from the balcony are awesome and we even saw dolphins jumping out of the water! We honestly could not have asked for more-a great value for your money. Scott is a pleasure to deal with and responds to any questions you have very promptly. We would definitely like to return one day! Thanks Scott for providing such a beautiful unit for us to spend our honeymoon!
My family and I rented this condo for an end of summer trip before the kids started back to school. First off, renting from Scott was an excellent experience. His professionalism and great personality made our booking a total breeze! His helpful tips and quick responses were greatly appreciated.
The condo is absolutely amazing. The pictures do not do it justice, but trust me you will love it. It is beautiful, extremely comfortable and just all around perfect. It was also spotless when we arrived! So kudos to their cleaning lady. You could not ask for a better location in PCB. It is close to just about everything you could ever need or want. The view from the 17th floor is gorgeous and having a grill right there on the balcony just adds to how amazing this condo is set up.
As for Sterling Breeze, the resort is top notch. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the proximity to the beach made our trip very easy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to any questions we had. The beach is clean, beautiful and perfect as is the water in Panama City Beach. On a scale of 1-10, we give this trip an 11! We can’t wait to book another vacation with Scott for this condo!
I have used VRBO four times in the past when we visit Panama City Beach and I have to say this was my best experience ever using it! Scott provided excellent communication throughout the entire rental process. The condo was beautiful and the cleanest we have ever been in. Everything we could possibly need was in the condo--plenty of glassware, dishes, flatware, cookware, and even a BBQ set! We loved the view from the 17th floor! We walked to Pier Park a couple of nights and to the beautiful pier to watch the sunset. Great trip overall and I would highly recommend renting this unit. You will not be disappointed at all!
This is a great location, great condo in a perfect condition. What you see in the pictures is what you get exactly. Scott is a great guy and very helpful owner to work with. Just give him a call or shot an email, he will respond to your questions and needs right away. I am sure we'll return in the near future.
My family and I have been traveling to PCB for many many years and have stayed in multiple condos. Honestly we do not have a complaint on any places we stayed but what sold us on this condo unit is Scott. He made us feel so welcomed and thankful that we stayed in his condo. The unit is amazingly clean, the grill was used almost every night (what a great bonus we never had before), beautiful short walk to the pier so my little fishermen can catch some dinner, and of course pier park for the pirate festival. We stayed 10 nights and it felt like home. Also, I want Scott to know how absolutely appreciative we were for working out payment options for us and most importantly the prompt return of my son's Ipod. After we left about 2 hours out I realized we had forgotten the Ipod I emailed Scott and he was right on it and contacted the cleaning people. Then he contacted me to verify if the screen was cracked which it was. But he showed concerned and promptly sent it to us. I just can not say enough about how great it was to work with him and we can not wait for our return again in October.
My family stayed for one week and felt like we were at home. It was a beautiful place; the kitchen was equipped very well (we ate breakfast and lunch every day from the room and cooked most dinners from the grill), the master bedroom was spacious and very comfortable to sleep in (sheets were soft, bed was perfect, ceiling fan in the room) and the stand up shower was a treat. The bunk beds were perfect for my two daughters; they took turns on who was sleeping on top! Even the pull-out bed on the couch was comfortable for 2 teenage boys to sleep on for the week. The decor was very modern and attractive, I loved the sleek look the tile floors had. Scott, the manager of the condo, was very nice to work with and accomodated us very well before and after our stay.
The only suggestion I would give to Sterling Breeze (the condo was perfect- no criticism at all for the space) is a few small but easily fixable things: provide air conditioning in the elevators, supply the property with more luggage racks, and make the breezeway from the pool to the beach a little wider with more hoses to spray your feet/body off. The lines were particularly long several times.
This establishment overall is top notch. It is very much updated and a beautiful place overall. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!
Sterling Breeze is located on the west end of the PC Beach strip 1/2 mile from Pier Park. Pier Park is the new beautifully landscaped mega entertainment complex with a 16 movie theater, national chain retailers specialty shops and a wide variety of restaurants including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville well within walking distance. On the way to Pier Park stop by Dusty's Bar and Grill and enjoy some local oysters and seafood, just a stone's throw from the Breeze!
Sterling Breeze is also located near Frank Brown Park where many athletic tournaments and special events are scheduled throughout the year and offer playgrounds, picnic areas, saltwater fishing pier and more.
The Breeze is conveniently located to Hwy 79 for quick access to the new International Airport.
