We are a family that has lived in many states over the last 6 years. We purchased our house in Indianapolis when my husband lived there in 2007. The house was completely gutted to the studs (was a duplex!)and we did most of the remodel work ourselves. We take a lot of pride in this house due to the sweat we put into it, and love to share our work with visitors coming to Indianapolis. Since then we have lived in Omaha, Chicago, and now we reside in Loveland, OH. I don't want to loose touch wiht our guests, so I manage our bookings personally. However due to the geographic distance, I have a local staff in Indy for cleaning and maintenance.

After our house was on the market for almost a year, we decided this was the best alternative to selling. I wouldnt look back, we love the opportunity to offer visitors a hotel alternative in Indianapolis!
Girls Weekend at the Kentucky Derby. Indy is a great city to stay and commute to Louisville. This house met our needs and would recommend.
Ken & Jesse were very Helpful! We Loved the open concept & back porch! Traveling downtown was easy & Breweries were Close! Will be back!!
House has good amenities and a good location for downtown. Much more relaxing than a hotel.
The house was spacious and on the surface, clean. The train did not bother us.
The stay was uncomfortable in that there were rats and ants. It was also uncountable in that we washed the dishes and silverware before using and were watchful while in the space.
Ken answered the phone, I called twice. First for tuning the TV and the second theme after seeing the first rat. His response was that he thought he had take care of the problem. The rat droppings in the cabinet next tot the toaster was not comforting. Ants were crawling in the bath room and kitchen. I have shared these items with Ken to include the photos that I took.
I have previously used VRBO properties and felt good about using it as a source to locate lodging. I guess it's renter beware.
This time I came with my son and his two young sons for spring break. Ken was flexible to our arrival time and left clear instructions on the details needed for our stay including some local dining and grocery options. The location is very convenient to downtown and the sights.
The property was clean and exactly as it looked in photos. The owner was very helpful and communicative. Good neighbourhood and lots of good restaurants nearby. About a 30 minute walk from downtown. Owner goes above and beyond. Would definitely stay again.
