Inside, this tropical condo boasts a well-equipped open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area together. The living room boasts a sofa, a loveseat, and a flatscreen TV with cable, offering a great spot for relaxation after a fun and sun-filled day at the beach. The newly renovated and updated kitchen comes fully equipped for your cooking pleasure. Coffee lovers will have a Keurig and old-school drip available. When chowtime comes, this condo has a table with four chairs and three stools for counter dining.

Outdoor entertainment can be achieved as well! There is a covered front patio with chairs and guests will be granted access to a shared outdoor pool, tennis court, and sauna!

Awesome Pkace!

House was very comfy, and every bit as nice as the listing portrayed! Roughly 100 yard walk to the beach was very convenient! Check in & out process was seamless! 10/10 would recommend!

Great location, less than basic amenities

I grew up coming to Southwind condominiums s a child, so I expected some age & outdated decor. That doesn’t bother me. But when I pay for a place with a kitchen, you expect basic items to cook with. There were no baking sheets, no oven mitts, & not a single skillet or frying pan. I had to scramble eggs in a pot the first morning. I had to go purchase all of the above. The bathroom sink was slow to drain the entire stay. The screen door on the front was hanging on by a thread. The “comforter” on the master bed was nothing more than a sheet & not a single extra blanket for the fold out couch, only 2 very stained & old comforters in the closet. We had to go purchase those as well. Overall the location was ideal, but the condo lacked basic items.
