The Watermark is perfectly located on the serene side of Waikiki adjacent to the Ala Wai canal, a haven for outrigger canoes and kayakers. Just outside our peaceful, gated residence is all the excitement of Waikiki. You're just steps away from Ala Moana Center, shopping, and some of the best beaches in the world. The Hawaii Convention Center is within walking distance. Close by is Ala Moana Park, Hawaii's largest beach park and many recreational opportunities.
This two bedroom, two bath residence is elegantly finished with African mahogany cabinetry, Brazilian granite countertops, Viking Professional Series appliances, and generous walk-in closets. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms.
This is a lower floor unit that features floor-to-ceiling sliding windows in all rooms, providing access to a 227 square foot lanai running the entire length of the residence. Views are to the West and the Ala Wai canal and harbor and take advantage of the prevailing breezes and dramatic sunsets.
The Watermark sits on four acres of serene tropical gardens and walking paths that surround a heated infinity pool and spa. Here you will also find the fitness pavilion and a media room and library.
The Watermark has a 24 hour security staff. Wireless internet access is provided in the common areas as well as in your apartment.

We loved this property. Pool/entire property kept extremely clean. Front desk staff very friendly and attentive. Condo had more than enough space. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Washer and dryer in room.
I cannot recommend this rental highly enough. We had a wonderful experience. I needed to come stay on Oahu for 4 weeks at the end of my pregnancy in order to give birth at Kapiolani Medical Center. Vic and his wife (the owners) were extremely helpful. When they heard I would be having a baby, they had the unit and all the furniture specially steam-cleaned before our arrival. The unit was spotless and incredibly pleasant. The beds are comfortable, the linens high quality, and the furniture very comfortable as well. It's on the third floor, so the very large lanai catches a nice breeze but still feels connected to the lovely grounds. The pool was delightful, the perfect temperature, and the grounds were beautifully landscaped so the whole property feels serene and relaxing. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They called taxis for us, printed our boarding passes, brought packages to the unit and made us feel welcome every day. The location is also incredibly convenient -- a 10 minute walk to Ala Moana, or 10 minutes the other direction into the heart of Waikiki. Highly recommended!
Dec 10- Jan 11, 2016 4 adults in suite. Grounds, pool chairs, exercise room , washrooms(we used day of checkout), BBQ areas and tables, lobby, all clean and very well maintained. Minimal sun in pool area and on grounds. Friendly, helpful staff at front desk (kept our luggage in office day of our checkout). Building has a TV room with tables and chairs and Wifi that we were able to use and did use day of checkout. If balcony doors open children in pool could be noisy as lanai overlooks pool. Building well located in quiet dead end street within walking distance of beaches,Waikiki, Ala Moana Shopping Center, Walmart and large grocery stores. Many homeless ACROSS the canal from building to whom I took any extra food.
Suite large with well maintained modern appliances(coffee maker and washer/dryer were promptly replaced when we reported mold). Air conditioning worked well.The owners friendly and replied promptly to our emails. Coolers(2) in the suite. Convenient parking stall.
Deficiencies: rug in living/dining extensively stained and needs replacement, no table on lanai which was very long with 3 balcony doors opening onto it. Without a table, we did not use the lanai as we would otherwise have(owners explained that could not get one the right size to fit lanai which is not very deep . Almost no sun on lanai. Kitchen sink improperly installed so if not careful water leaked into cupboard below. Kitchen sink faucet needs maintenance or replacement.Returned our damage deposit in full.
No coffee table(owners did not want one in the suite), no computer desk in any of the rooms. Kitchen could use more glass bowls for salads etc. No pail in which to wash floors. Only 1 beach chair and 2 beach towels in suite.
With the deficiencies mentioned, I think the price was maybe on the high side.
Ive stayed the Water Mark for 10 days.
I definitely recommend staying this excellent condos.
I dont have any inconvenient during staying this condos.
Easy access to Waikiki, beach, shopping.

My wife and I stayed at this unit for two months August and September 2011 and had a wonderful stay. The unit was everthing as described on the web site , it was fully equipped with everthing we needed , was very comfortable and with high quality furnishings , the beds were very clean and comfortable , the washer and drier worked fine , the owners were a lovely couple who were a pleasure to deal with and the staff at the desk etc were the friendliest and most helpful ever encountered .In addition we received our security deposit back promptly and in full. All in all a wonderful and flawless experience.
What sets the Watermark apart is its extensive grounds/gardens and wonderful staff. We have stayed in Hawaii 27 times and this unit was the best by far in all aspects .The unit is on a lower level but has the advantage of the biggest lanai in the complex. We loved sitting on the lanai with the breeze rustling the palm leaves.It is an 8 minute walk to Ala Moana shopping centre , is within 2 minute walk of an ABC store and a supermarket and 2 minutes to the bus route. Eight minutes and you are at the main bus routes at Ala Moana.
We unreservedly highly recommend this unit , the owners and the staff. We will definitely stay there again. Steve and Pam , Tasmania , Australia
ps we had another couple stay with us for 6 weeks of our stay and the unit layout was very friendly in
accomodating both couples. The unit is layed out with the main bedroom and bathroom at one end with the second bedroom and second bathroom at the other end. In the middle was the Kitchen and lounge room which afforded a great buffer for privacy etc but a great common area to eat and socialise.
