Luxurious top floor condo, unit H-23 is tastefully furnished in Hawaiian tropical style. Spacious 2

bedroom/2 bath with bonus loft. (Sleeps 4) The short walk to town offers a variety of restaurants (Outback, Bubba Gumps, Kona Inn and the famous Huggo's for sunsets and live music), lots of shops and a Farmers market for local food, flowers, and gifts. The master bedroom has a King size bed and adjacent bath. The guest bedroom has a comfy Queen bed with a nearby bath.Unit H-23 is located in a very quiet part of the complex. We have an ocean view from our lanai where you can view the arrivals and departures of cruise ships. whale watch, and sunsets. Our kitchen has granite countertops and we upgraded to stainless appliances. It is completely equipped to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Wireless internet in condo

It is located in a quieter area of Alii Cove. You will appreciate the view to the right from the lanai. No road noise and relatively close to the beautiful Resort style pool and amenities of Alii Cove

What makes this condo unique

Top floor - no one above you. Vaulted ceilings and more windows give off light and add space.

Central AC if you need it...but there are ceiling fans in every room.

Owner's keep it in very good condition!

Excellent stay

This condo was very clean, comfortable & close to everything in town. It is nicely furnished & well equiped. You have some ocean views & some great sunsets, unfortunatly the growth on some of the trees from the lower condo are starting to block the view. The neighbors and other guests in the condo complex were very friendly. The only thing I wished I had was a BBQ closer to the condo, but I managed.

The owners are very lovely people, who obvioulsy care for this condo. Everything you could possibly need is there. The beds are so comfy & the linens & towels are good quality.

I would stay here again, I felt right at home.

thank you for renting this to me, I really enjoyed my stay & hated to leave. I will be back.
