Please note that the bedroom area is open to the living space and does not have a door on it - although we can sleep a maximum of 4 guests (2 on a queen bed in the bedroom area and 2 on a sleeper sofa in the living room), our place is generally most comfortable for 2.
We have a 3 night minimum unless there is a 2-night opening in our schedule or if a 2 night reservation is requested last-minute (within 7 nights of check-in date)...please contact us if you see a 2 night opening you would like to fill or if you would like to make a last-minute 2 night reservation...otherwise, a 3 night minimum applies.
We try to fill every night of the month so even if dates are available in our calendar, we may reject reservations that leave 1 or 2 night openings between the requested dates and another guest's reservation.. Please try to request travel dates that meet up with prior or subsequent reservations - Thank you!

You Will Love Visiting Beautiful and Historic Savannah Georgia - Our River Street Condo is in a wonderful location where you can walk to Everything! Shops, restaurants, trolly stops, riverboat cruises, antique stores, and art galleries are just steps away.

We live on Hilton Head Island, which is only 45 Minutes from Downtown Savannah, so this was an ideal second home location for us. We love visiting on weekends and walking to the nearby parks, squares, restaurants, shops, and museums that are so close to our condo.
We really enjoy the waterfront view and watching all of the boats and huge container ships pass by on the Savannah River. It is also great fun sitting on the balcony and watching the people and activities on River Street. We also really love being able to walk to our favorite restaurants, local art galleries, coffee shops, and museums in the Historic District..
This property is close to downtown and all the shops on river street. We loved the views of the river right outside on the balcony! You never fun out of things to do it's all a walk away from the condo. We went on a 90 minute historical tour, ate at Huey's for breakfast, Tubby the Tank House for dinner one night , Ruth Chris Steak House, Lady and Sons Southern style, and Goose Feathers for brunch. Very delicious food! Our stay was enjoyable already planning our next trip!
Our goal in retirement is to stay in apartments in special cities and pretend we live there. It didn't take long for this condo on the riverfront to feel like home to us. We loved the wood floors, metal ceiling with exposed pipes, huge bathroom, comfortable bed, and lovely decor. Best of all was eating breakfast or enjoying wine and cheese on our little balcony overlooking River Street and watching the huge container ships travel up the Savannah River. Parking is convenient across the street in a public lot (free on weekends; purchase a day pass for weekdays). We were able to walk everywhere in the historic district and enjoy the fine restaurants, bakeries, and beautiful old homes. The owner, Ryan, gave us excellent instructions, including recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The only negative was noisy construction close by, but that will end when the new restaurants and retail shops are completed. We will "return home" to this lovely loft soon.
I will start my review saying I will absolutely be looking for this place first during my next trip to Savannah. The condo was clean and renovated with nice furniture and decor. The location was perfect because we had a nice riverfront view and a balcony perfect for morning coffee. All of the places we ate were within walking distance, with two different rooftop bars right down the street. Parking was easy to find right across the street in the metered lots and we saw plenty of parking garages as well. All in all, my wife and I both had a great stay in this condo and would highly recommend it for the location and what felt like an authentic Savannah stay, something you won't get at the local Hilton.
If you're looking for restaurants, we loved Huey's down River street, B. Matthews Eatery had a good brunch, Soho South Cafe had unique decor and good food, and Moon River Brewing Company had a nice outdoor patio. We also ordered delivery from Screaming Mimi's Pizza and that was good as well. For a good view of the River you can check out Top Deck Bar and Rocks on the Roof, both just down the street.
My 10-year-old daughter and I enjoyed this perfect getaway location within walking distance of anything you would want to see in Savannah. To awake each morning to a beautiful view of the Savannah River from the balcony was a wonderful experience as was the daily people watching anytime we came "home" for a quick fun-break. Though we had a 6-day stay, it was not enough time to visit every shop, restaurant and landmark within our reach; but it was all there for the having. Property was beyond expectation, fully equipped with more than the basic needs. We would not hesitate to return.
The apartment is located right in the middle of everything. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The bed was very comfortable, and the entire apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need.
WALK TO EVERYTHING! Savannah City Market two blocks away, Ellis Square, Paula Deen's Lady & Son's Restaurant - two blocks away, Gift Shops, Coffee Shops, Savannah Hotels, Bars, Savannah River Boat Tours, Savannah Trolley Tours, The Chart House is just a few doors away, Ruth's Chris Steak House and Five Guy's Burgers just across Bay Street. This is a great location with everything nearby.
