This is a spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath condo (approximately 1200 sf) with a fully equipped modern kitchen in an ideal location - directly overlooks River Street and a short walk to Ellis Square, City Market, and Broughton Street.

Please note that the bedroom area is open to the living space and does not have a door on it - although we can sleep a maximum of 4 guests (2 on a queen bed in the bedroom area and 2 on a sleeper sofa in the living room), our place is generally most comfortable for 2.
We have a 3 night minimum unless there is a 2-night opening in our schedule or if a 2 night reservation is requested last-minute (within 7 nights of check-in date)...please contact us if you see a 2 night opening you would like to fill or if you would like to make a last-minute 2 night reservation...otherwise, a 3 night minimum applies.
We try to fill every night of the month so even if dates are available in our calendar, we may reject reservations that leave 1 or 2 night openings between the requested dates and another guest's reservation.. Please try to request travel dates that meet up with prior or subsequent reservations - Thank you!

We live on Hilton Head Island, which is only 45 Minutes from Downtown Savannah, so this was an ideal second home location for us. We love visiting on weekends and walking to the nearby parks, squares, restaurants, shops, and museums that are so close to our condo.
We really enjoy the waterfront view and watching all of the boats and huge container ships pass by on the Savannah River. It is also great fun sitting on the balcony and watching the people and activities on River Street. We also really love being able to walk to our favorite restaurants, local art galleries, coffee shops, and museums in the Historic District..
This is the second time my wife and I stayed at this location and it was just as good if not better than the first. The condo offers everything you can imagine and the location is perfect. After walking around Savannah, there was nothing that better than coming back to the condo to enjoy an afternoon cocktail sitting on the balcony where you can see all the activity of River Street and occasionally watch a Freighter go by. Ryan is also absolutely wonderful to deal with as we had a couple of questions throughout our stay and he responded almost immediately. He will also send you a list of recommendations of things to see, places to eat, where to park, etc. just prior to your check in. As I mentioned this was our second time staying at this condo I can assure you it won't be our last.
We appreciated Our agent who was extremely responsive and helpful with all communications. We especially liked the quality of cleanliness and spaciousness in the attractive, updated apartment. Nice view of the Savannah River with ocean going ships passing by. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking River Street. Easy access to everything along River Street.
Third trip to this property. Won't be our last! Great place with amenities and accommodating owners.
My husband and I had a wonderful time here on our first visit to Savannah! The condo was clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and has a really nice aesthetic. I loved being able to see the river from the living room! Although we came when it was super hot and humid outside, most sights and restaurants were within comfortable walking distance. I was unsure about the parking situation before we arrived, but we got visitor passes and found spots that were pretty convenient to the condo when we did drive somewhere and come back. It was really nice to be able to pull right up to the door on Factors Walk to load and unload. Our only concerns were an issue with the shower (we didn't attempt to have it fixed while we were there, we just let the owner know when we were leaving and he said he'd get it checked out) and the rumbling noises from the special effects used by the ghost tour that made regular stops downstairs (until midnight). We used the sound machine when we went to bed and it wasn't bad. We would definitely stay here again.
You know that you are enjoying your vacation when you start to make excuses to stay extra nights. We have animals that we love just like children and normally a few days is the most we can be away from our fur babies , but this was our 4th time at Ryan's beautiful condo. Every time we stay we fall a little bit more in love with it and with Savannah. The condo is right on River Street so you sit on the balcony watching the cargo ships sail past. You can people watch all day and night and this time we could watch people playing Pokemon go. Ryan's building was a Pokemon site I was told. Older reviews talked about the bed being uncomfortable, well he has a new bed. It was extremely comfortable, we slept like babies and I am picky since we own a tempur-pedic. You could not have a more central location or a more hospitable host. It is extremely well maintained and we have never had anything break or been broken in the condo during a visit. It looks exactly like the pictures. I have recommended it to friends, the only problem is that it is usually rented . If you plan early or it you are flexible, it is most definitely worth the wait.
Ryan was so accommodating. His little extras were such a nice touch. DVD player and DVDs, Full shampoo bottle, plenty of towels, laundry soap, hand soap. Coffee, tea... I could go on and on. Very very pleased. The small but quaint balcony was perfect for the view of the river. Tons of cool shops all in walking distance! Only downside was parking was difficult and Ryan helped us on the parking situations. Again..... Most spotless, clean place we ever rented!
WALK TO EVERYTHING! Savannah City Market two blocks away, Ellis Square, Paula Deen's Lady & Son's Restaurant - two blocks away, Gift Shops, Coffee Shops, Savannah Hotels, Bars, Savannah River Boat Tours, Savannah Trolley Tours, The Chart House is just a few doors away, Ruth's Chris Steak House and Five Guy's Burgers just across Bay Street. This is a great location with everything nearby.
