This recently renovated condominium is located in the Lowden building right in the heart of Savannah Georgia's Historic Downtown - overlooking River Street and the Savannah River.

Large, open space with wood floors, painted brick walls, granite and stainless in Kitchen, loft-style corrugated metal ceilings, separate shower and jetted tub in large bathroom, and plantation shutters, all with a direct view of the river and all the bustling activity of River Street.

This is a spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath condo (approximately 1200 sf) with a fully equipped modern kitchen in an ideal location - directly overlooks River Street and a short walk to Ellis Square, City Market, and Broughton Street.

Walk to Everything! Directly overlooks River Street and the river and Located within walking distance to the Savannah City Market, Ellis Square, Paula Deen's famous Lady and Sons Restaurant, and over 100 shops, hotels, restaurants, and boutiques that line River Street in the beautiful Landmark Historic District of Downtown Savannah, GA.

Please note that the bedroom area is open to the living space and does not have a door on it - although we can sleep a maximum of 4 guests (2 on a queen bed in the bedroom area and 2 on a sleeper sofa in the living room), our place is generally most comfortable for 2.

We have a 3 night minimum unless there is a 2-night opening in our schedule or if a 2 night reservation is requested last-minute (within 7 nights of check-in date)...please contact us if you see a 2 night opening you would like to fill or if you would like to make a last-minute 2 night reservation...otherwise, a 3 night minimum applies.

We try to fill every night of the month so even if dates are available in our calendar, we may reject reservations that leave 1 or 2 night openings between the requested dates and another guest's reservation.. Please try to request travel dates that meet up with prior or subsequent reservations - Thank you!

$300 fully refundable reservation/damage deposit, 13% Tax will be added to rate

We live on Hilton Head Island, which is only 45 Minutes from Downtown Savannah, so this was an ideal second home location for us. We love visiting on weekends and walking to the nearby parks, squares, restaurants, shops, and museums that are so close to our condo.

What makes this condo unique

We really enjoy the waterfront view and watching all of the boats and huge container ships pass by on the Savannah River. It is also great fun sitting on the balcony and watching the people and activities on River Street. We also really love being able to walk to our favorite restaurants, local art galleries, coffee shops, and museums in the Historic District..

Beautiful and clean condo with a great location!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property on our recent visit to Savannah. The condo is extremely clean, one of the cleanest vacation rentals we've rented. There is a KING bed, large bathroom (shower & jacuzzi tub), a very spacious open living room and kitchen. The pictures are a great representation of the property. The host is communicative and replies quickly to any need. The location was perfect for my husband and I. We loved being in the heart of all the action. If you are looking for a property in a prime location for bars, restaurants and sight seeing, this is it. If you are looking for a more peaceful rest, know that this condo is located on one of the most popular streets in Savannah, day or night. The balcony overlooking River Street and the Savannah river is a great bonus. Even though parking is not included in the rate, we parked in front of the condo for our entire stay for only $7/day (Stop by Visitors Center for parking pass. Free Friday after 5pm, Sat, Sun) Overall, I would recommend this property and hope to book it again in the future!

Great central location, modern condo, loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the ships go by. It's a little noisy on weekend nights, but that's to be expected given the location.

Great Space! Great Location!

Great Condo with everything you need. Lots of space and well appointed. Wood floors, granite counters, and furniture were all nice. Has a private feel in the middle of the action. Nice views looking over River street and the Savannah river, watching large ships going in and out of the port. We walked to everything. It would be nice if there was a market/grocery store closer, and there's some noisy construction going on River street, so we couldn't enjoy the balcony much, but inside it wasn't bad. Also, the bed was in the back away from River street so it was quiet for sleeping. Bed was King size and very comfortable. Great Irish pub only steps away toward Hyatt, dueling piano bar steps the other direction. Overall, great place to stay and blows away staying at a hotel for about the same price.

Perfect!!!

Location, location, location!! This was our second visit to Savannah and our second time staying in this building but our first time in Ryan's condo. It was just as pictured with every amenity you could ask for. We even found some bug spray which we needed for our tour of Bonaventure cemetery. The bathroom was huge and we enjoyed the two person jetted tub. We loved sitting on our balcony drinking wine while watching all of the people walking along the river front with those huge container ships floating by. We brought binoculars to see the ships better. Sometimes people on the ships would see us and wave back to us. It was awesome! We were walking distance to everything including all shops and restaurants. We brought our bicycles and rode around the beautiful squares and Forsyth Park. Our favorite restaurants were The Old Pink House, Alure and Chive. We had great pizza at Vinnie Van Go Go's! and we found out that they deliver. If I had to say anything negative at all it would be the noise from the ghost tour place below the condo but you have to expect some noise from a city condo and the bedroom is toward the alley so there is less noise. Also Ryan thoughtfully put a white noise maker in the bedroom which worked very well. The tour ended by 10 or 11 each night so it wasn't bad. I would definitely stay there the next time we visit Savannah.
