This is a spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath condo (approximately 1200 sf) with a fully equipped modern kitchen in an ideal location - directly overlooks River Street and a short walk to Ellis Square, City Market, and Broughton Street.

Please note that the bedroom area is open to the living space and does not have a door on it - although we can sleep a maximum of 4 guests (2 on a queen bed in the bedroom area and 2 on a sleeper sofa in the living room), our place is generally most comfortable for 2.
We have a 3 night minimum unless there is a 2-night opening in our schedule or if a 2 night reservation is requested last-minute (within 7 nights of check-in date)...please contact us if you see a 2 night opening you would like to fill or if you would like to make a last-minute 2 night reservation...otherwise, a 3 night minimum applies.
We try to fill every night of the month so even if dates are available in our calendar, we may reject reservations that leave 1 or 2 night openings between the requested dates and another guest's reservation.. We live on Hilton Head Island, which is only 45 Minutes from Downtown Savannah, so this was an ideal second home location for us. We love visiting on weekends and walking to the nearby parks, squares, restaurants, shops, and museums that are so close to our condo.
We really enjoy the waterfront view and watching all of the boats and huge container ships pass by on the Savannah River. It is also great fun sitting on the balcony and watching the people and activities on River Street. We also really love being able to walk to our favorite restaurants, local art galleries, coffee shops, and museums in the Historic District..
Ryan was so accommodating. His little extras were such a nice touch. DVD player and DVDs, Full shampoo bottle, plenty of towels, laundry soap, hand soap. Coffee, tea... I could go on and on. Very very pleased. The small but quaint balcony was perfect for the view of the river. Tons of cool shops all in walking distance! Only downside was parking was difficult and Ryan helped us on the parking situations. Again..... Most spotless, clean place we ever rented!
Beautifully furnished spacious condo, immacuately clean and stocked with everything you could need. The little balcony overlooking River Street was great for people watching and I was surprised that the condo is quiet and you don't hear the activity from the street below. You can walk to most places or hop a pedicab or taxi in front of the building. It is located next to the Chart House which is great for Happy Hour and has wonderful calamari. After a long day of sightseeing, the 2 person spa tub is a delight. You can walk to the Old Pink House which has the best food, service and downstairs bar with music. The shows at the Historic Savannah Theater are very good and great fun. Would certainly recommend it and hope to return very soon. The only things to be aware of are that you will need to deal with "some" cobblestones when leaving the condo which is no big deal unless you have some walking problems or stiletto heals. If you are not familiar with River Street and Factors Walk, pay attention to the map and directions. When you go down the ramp stay to the right down the cobblestones and then left between the buildings. You look like you're going into a back alley but you will be most pleased when you open the door to this wonderful condo.
My wife and I took a long weekend to enjoy Savannah and could not have asked for a better location. We parked our car on Thursday and did not get back in it until we left on Sunday. The condo is super clean and has a great view overlooking the river and River St. Ryan, thanks so much for your hospitality and sharing your condo.
We have been to Savannah many, many times, and have stayed in convenient and lovely places, but this River Street condo is BY FAR our favorite! Not only is it convenient to all the fun of River street, but it is also well appointed, well maintained, comfortable, attractive, and well-equipped. Even with the limitations of recent foot surgery, we did not find the lack of parking an issue. We parked at v the lot across from the condo b and used or car only n once during the 4-day, 3-night stay.
Our stay at Riverstreet Condo was perfect. It was our first trip to Savannah. The condo was so comfortable. The location of the condo and view from the balcony was perfect. We spent four days exploring the town and learning the history of Savannah. The condo was in a great location where we would conveniently stop several times a day and rest enjoying a drink and the breathtaking view from the balcony. If you are a first timer to Savannah, I would suggest going to the Savannah visitors center first and riding the free bus around town to get familiar with your surroundings. You can get off at Riverstreet and walk to locate the condo and decide where you would like to park. We explored the entire Historic District and can say we had the BEST LOCATION for our stay in Savannah. Ryan was great to work with.
What better place to stay in Savannah? A lovely condo with a balcony that overlooks River Street and has wonderful views of the Savannah River. The amenities in the condo are excellent and it always shines when you walk in the door. Ryan is very sensitive to those things that make a trip memorable. It was our third stay and we loved it as much as the first time.
WALK TO EVERYTHING! Savannah City Market two blocks away, Ellis Square, Paula Deen's Lady & Son's Restaurant - two blocks away, Gift Shops, Coffee Shops, Savannah Hotels, Bars, Savannah River Boat Tours, Savannah Trolley Tours, The Chart House is just a few doors away, Ruth's Chris Steak House and Five Guy's Burgers just across Bay Street. This is a great location with everything nearby.
