This recently renovated condominium is located in the Lowden building right in the heart of Savannah Georgia's Historic Downtown - overlooking River Street and the Savannah River.

Large, open space with wood floors, painted brick walls, granite and stainless in Kitchen, loft-style corrugated metal ceilings, separate shower and jetted tub in large bathroom, and plantation shutters, all with a direct view of the river and all the bustling activity of River Street.

This is a spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath condo (approximately 1200 sf) with a fully equipped modern kitchen in an ideal location - directly overlooks River Street and a short walk to Ellis Square, City Market, and Broughton Street.

Walk to Everything! Directly overlooks River Street and the river and Located within walking distance to the Savannah City Market, Ellis Square, Paula Deen's famous Lady and Sons Restaurant, and over 100 shops, hotels, restaurants, and boutiques that line River Street in the beautiful Landmark Historic District of Downtown Savannah, GA.

Sit on the Balcony and watch the boats and people go by - a perfect location close to all of Savannah's fabulous restaurants and attractions.

Please note that the bedroom area is open to the living space and does not have a door on it - although we can sleep a maximum of 4 guests (2 on a queen bed in the bedroom area and 2 on a sleeper sofa in the living room), our place is generally most comfortable for 2.

We have a 3 night minimum unless there is a 2-night opening in our schedule or if a 2 night reservation is requested last-minute (within 7 nights of check-in date)...please contact us if you see a 2 night opening you would like to fill or if you would like to make a last-minute 2 night reservation...otherwise, a 3 night minimum applies.

We try to fill every night of the month so even if dates are available in our calendar, we may reject reservations that leave 1 or 2 night openings between the requested dates and another guest's reservation.. Please try to request travel dates that meet up with prior or subsequent reservations - Thank you!

$300 fully refundable reservation/damage deposit, 13% Tax will be added to rate

We live on Hilton Head Island, which is only 45 Minutes from Downtown Savannah, so this was an ideal second home location for us. We love visiting on weekends and walking to the nearby parks, squares, restaurants, shops, and museums that are so close to our condo.

What makes this condo unique

We really enjoy the waterfront view and watching all of the boats and huge container ships pass by on the Savannah River. It is also great fun sitting on the balcony and watching the people and activities on River Street. We also really love being able to walk to our favorite restaurants, local art galleries, coffee shops, and museums in the Historic District..

Immaculate, Beautiful, Balcony, Great Location, Perfect!!!

Where do I start? This place was in immaulate condition with plenty of room. Super comfy couches and a kitchen to dream of. Coffee was provided as well as tea with a multitude of creamer and sweetner options. We didn't cook but there was anything and everything in the way of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils available to do so. The king bed slept better than my own. The stars on the ceiling were a nice touch! Huge bathroom with plenty of counter space, huge mirror, plenty of toilet paper, and real shampoo provided. The towels (1/2 inch thick) and linens are 5 star hotel quality! Plenty were provided for our stay. Shower had great water pressure. We took advantage of the washer/dryer so we wouldn't have laundry to do when we got home. The balcony had comfy chairs and is just right for two. It is connected to the one next door but we enjoyed talking with our neighbors when they came outside. We even looked at each others places because we were bragging about ours and they wanted to see it. Loading and unloading luggage was super easy (drive right to the door) and in a covered area of Factor's Walk so even if it's pouring you won't get wet. We didn't use the huge bathtub or tv so I can't review those. The waterfront is lovely to sit on the balcony and look at. We went to the Visitor's Center upon arriving and bought a visitor's parking pass and parked on River Street right in front of the house. There is walking access to River Street about 20 feet from the house on Factor's Walk. Ryan was awesome to work with and very quick responding to my messages. We couldn't have asked for a better place! The only downside for some would be the tours that go in and out of the Ship Chandlery below the place. They put on some special effects that can be heard and felt but we didn't mind at all because we were up late anyway, and it wouldn't have been enough noise to keep us awake regardless. My one complaint would be to the city and the construction company that is building on River Street across from our balcony. They ran a loud generator pumping water out of the job site 24/7. If they would put up some sheets of plywood to redirect the sound toward the water it would have been wonderful but the noise made it hard to talk to each other on the balcony. Poor management of the job site, and the city should require them to fix that problem. With that being said, we couldn't hear the generator while inside so that was good. A wonderful stay in this beautiful city!

Beautiful Cond

My husband and I stayed for four days in mid June. The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location, very clean, nice furniture, with a great kitchen. The small balcony was a nice place to sit and watch the action down on River Street. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of the construction going on outside. It blocks part of the river view and is very noisy weekdays, during early morning and daytime hours. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Savannah.

The RiverStreet condo was great.

This large one bedroom had so many amenities. It is centrally located to shops GREAT restaurants and the view from the balcony is excellent. We never used our car the entire time we were there. I highly recommend it.

Amazing to say the least!

We arrived to a beautifully appointed condo! Everything we needed was at our fingertips! I am a coffee snob and the coffee was abundant! THANK YOU!! Coffee on the terrace watching the river activity started each day!! I loved it!! Oh and the bathroom in this place was like it's own suite!! NICE!! The location was good for us as it was steps away from ALL of the action but far enough away to be quiet so we could have our nights rest. Mr Bassett had the best suggestions for parking, eating and strolling! We just had to be responsible for having fun!! Which, we did!! I cannot recommend this condo enough! Having the condo was much better than the confines of a simple hotel room!! Awesome - just awesome!! Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy Savannah from a primo spot!!

Beautiful and clean condo with a great location!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property on our recent visit to Savannah. The condo is extremely clean, one of the cleanest vacation rentals we've rented. There is a KING bed, large bathroom (shower & jacuzzi tub), a very spacious open living room and kitchen. The pictures are a great representation of the property. The host is communicative and replies quickly to any need. The location was perfect for my husband and I. We loved being in the heart of all the action. If you are looking for a property in a prime location for bars, restaurants and sight seeing, this is it. If you are looking for a more peaceful rest, know that this condo is located on one of the most popular streets in Savannah, day or night. The balcony overlooking River Street and the Savannah river is a great bonus. Even though parking is not included in the rate, we parked in front of the condo for our entire stay for only $7/day (Stop by Visitors Center for parking pass. Free Friday after 5pm, Sat, Sun) Overall, I would recommend this property and hope to book it again in the future!
