This recently renovated condominium is located in the Lowden building right in the heart of Savannah Georgia's Historic Downtown - overlooking River Street and the Savannah River.

Large, open space with wood floors, painted brick walls, granite and stainless in Kitchen, loft-style corrugated metal ceilings, separate shower and jetted tub in large bathroom, and plantation shutters, all with a direct view of the river and all the bustling activity of River Street.

This is a spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath condo (approximately 1200 sf) with a fully equipped modern kitchen in an ideal location - directly overlooks River Street and a short walk to Ellis Square, City Market, and Broughton Street.

Walk to Everything! Directly overlooks River Street and the river and Located within walking distance to the Savannah City Market, Ellis Square, Paula Deen's famous Lady and Sons Restaurant, and over 100 shops, hotels, restaurants, and boutiques that line River Street in the beautiful Landmark Historic District of Downtown Savannah, GA.

Sit on the Balcony and watch the boats and people go by - a perfect location close to all of Savannah's fabulous restaurants and attractions.

Please note that the bedroom area is open to the living space and does not have a door on it - although we can sleep a maximum of 4 guests (2 on a queen bed in the bedroom area and 2 on a sleeper sofa in the living room), our place is generally most comfortable for 2.

We have a 3 night minimum unless there is a 2-night opening in our schedule or if a 2 night reservation is requested last-minute (within 7 nights of check-in date)...please contact us if you see a 2 night opening you would like to fill or if you would like to make a last-minute 2 night reservation...otherwise, a 3 night minimum applies.

We try to fill every night of the month so even if dates are available in our calendar, we may reject reservations that leave 1 or 2 night openings between the requested dates and another guest's reservation.. Please try to request travel dates that meet up with prior or subsequent reservations - Thank you!

$300 fully refundable reservation/damage deposit, 13% Tax will be added to rate

We live on Hilton Head Island, which is only 45 Minutes from Downtown Savannah, so this was an ideal second home location for us. We love visiting on weekends and walking to the nearby parks, squares, restaurants, shops, and museums that are so close to our condo.

What makes this condo unique

We really enjoy the waterfront view and watching all of the boats and huge container ships pass by on the Savannah River. It is also great fun sitting on the balcony and watching the people and activities on River Street. We also really love being able to walk to our favorite restaurants, local art galleries, coffee shops, and museums in the Historic District..

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan's Condo. The location was perfect and was in walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping, etc. Ryan was available at all times during our stay, and sent very detailed instructions regarding check-in, wifi, restaurant/shopping recommendations, etc. Will definitely stay again!

My husband and I love Savannah and since our youngest daughter moved across the country and couldn't spend Christmas with us we decided to try something different and spend the holiday away from home. Our oldest daughter has never been to Savannah, what an awesome treat she received with this amazing condo! The charm and character are all included in this impeccably decorated jewel. From the moment you walk down the stone street, to opening the door and seeing the wooden floors, brick wall, the great ceiling...you are immersed into the Savannah charm! It doesn't end there the home is decorated perfectly, charming and comfortable with so many great amenities that you really don't have to leave. They provide everything, a fully stocked kitchen, down to spices, sugar, tea and coffee. By the way what a great way to enjoy your morning coffee...sit out on the balcony right on the river front and watch the ships and people go by. When you finished your coffee and go to get ready for a day in Savannah, (by the way you are right on the river front by all the shops and restaurants), you enter the bathroom which is again stocked with everything, soaps, shampoo and conditioner and luxurious towels!!! When the day is done you can have wonderful dreams on a comfy king size bed with wonderful linens. We could not have picked a more perfect place to spend our Christmas, or more accommodating owner, Ryan was wonderful to work with, he truly wanted you to have a wonderful experience. By the way Ryan my daughter wants to know where you purchased the Madison Home towels, and the bedroom comforter, hopefully you are willing to share the information! Great condo and location

The condo is clean, well decorated, and spacious. Any place in Savannah is a great location, since everything is within a 15 minute walking distance. This condo has a great view. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the people and the ships. We got lucky with great weather for the last week of December. The condo is right above a ghost tour that plays a rumbling sound from 9-11PM, but it never bothered us. We were either out eating or sitting on the balcony when the rumbling was playing. Parking was easy if you purchase a pass. Follow the owners instructions for parking. The owner responded quickly when we had a question and was very nice. We recommend eating at A.Lure and Zunzi's Take Out. We would recommend this condo to any of our friends.

Excellent as Always

This is the second time my wife and I stayed at this location and it was just as good if not better than the first. The condo offers everything you can imagine and the location is perfect. After walking around Savannah, there was nothing that better than coming back to the condo to enjoy an afternoon cocktail sitting on the balcony where you can see all the activity of River Street and occasionally watch a Freighter go by. Ryan is also absolutely wonderful to deal with as we had a couple of questions throughout our stay and he responded almost immediately. He will also send you a list of recommendations of things to see, places to eat, where to park, etc. just prior to your check in. As I mentioned this was our second time staying at this condo I can assure you it won't be our last.

We appreciated Our agent who was extremely responsive and helpful with all communications. We especially liked the quality of cleanliness and spaciousness in the attractive, updated apartment. Nice view of the Savannah River with ocean going ships passing by. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking River Street. Easy access to everything along River Street.
