Two bedroom, two bath condo. Second story unit with cathederal ceilings and a golf course view. Large open deck with comfortable lounge chairs and a table and chairs for dining out doors after a fun day at the beach. The deck was updated in 2010 and offers great afternoon shade for resting and relaxing after a fun day at the beach or playing golf. New outdoor grill for guest use. Stay in touch with family and friends with the lightening fast WiFi connectivity while visiting the island. Fully stocked updated kitchen with all the conveniences of home. We include paper and soap products along with coffee filters for your convenience. The villa interior includes granite countertops in the kitchen and wet bar, hardwoods, ceramic tile, high end updated furnishings, flat screen TV in the living room and the master bedroom plus another TV in the second bedroom. The Cable TV offers an expanded listing of viewing choices. DVD in the living room. The master bath has been remodeled and includes a modern vanity with marble vanity top and a jacuzzi tub with porcelain tile surround for your enjoyment! Second bath has been updated with new vanity, lighting updated fixtures. Master bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a king bed. We offer high thread count sheets and spa linens for the baths. This unit is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and golf club utilizing the golf cart path. High Hammock is considered to be one of the premier locations on Seabrook Island for convenience to all island activities.

We offer a come back club discount to repeat customers. Full week and partial week reservations are welcomed. Long term rentals can be negotiated on a case by case basis.

Full week rentals (7 nights) are provided two complimentary bike rentals for the full week.

Special golf and wedding packages available with competitive pricing when compared to rental agencies.

OK 2 BR Condo Meets Basic Needs for Weekend Rental

-Owner was kind enough to let us check in 2 hours early.

-We had aggravating security pass issues at security post, something that has never happened with our other 6 or more stays at other units on the island.

-Kitchen appliances are pretty dated, but worked OK. No Keurig here, so bring ground or instant coffee.

-Guest shower is a 36" x 36" standup, so its a bit of a challenge to use.

-Had maintenance issues with front door during our stay. Owner send a repair man out the next day.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the review. Security passes were called in and confirmed the morning of your arrival and were taken by Officer Middleton. Security gate screw-ups are not frequent at the island but they do happen from time to time. When passes are called in property owners have no control over the security gate personnel making mistakes. I hate that this happed during your stay but it was immediately resolved within 5 minutes of notification that their was an issue. With regard to the front door, our maintenance guy checked it and it works properly. The security key pad in the inside of the screen door prevents the screen door from latching when the front door is closed. In our 20 years of renting our home this has never come up as an issue. I agree that we should offer a K-cup coffee maker and will get that resolved immediately. We hope that you will consider staying with us again on your next trip to the island. Also, we do offer a 10% discount on the posted rental rate to repeat guests.

Loved the villa at High Hammock

This was a perfect villa for us. Karen, the owner, has thought of everything to make a visitor comfortable and feel at home. The kitchen is well equipped, the furniture and beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of towels, linens, and paper products. The unit met all of our needs and more. I definitely recommend staying at 136 High Hammock. Seabrook Island is beautiful with its wonderful beaches, nature walks, varied amenities, etc. Plus, Charleston is not far away for city sightseeing. It was a perfect vacation spot. Karen, thank you for sharing your villa.

Great owner & Location

Karen the owner of the property was great. Very responsive prior to our arrival and during when we had a few small issues. Pictures of the unit are accurate and everything was as promised. Unit is a bit of a drive from the main gate but in turn that makes it close to the beach and pool. BTW Beach and pool are beautiful. I would absolutely return to this unit.

Great place

We had a great time at Seabrook Island. The condo was fabulous because it was large, clean and updated. It was super convenient to everything, could walk to the club house or the beach. Will definitely go back.
