If you love watching the comings and goings on the harbor

What a treat to stay here! Mornings and evenings were beautiful, it was convenient to walking downtown and to the inner harbor, and there was always something interesting to watch, on the water. We loved our stay.

Great location!

Great location to walk and enjoy all of downtown or catch the hop on hop off bus. Loved the view and all the boats. Very comfortable place to stay.

Interesting, quiet, and busy with activity all in one.

  • 4 of 5

So close to the water and easy walking distance to downtown sites, eateries and pubs. Watching the daily goings on in the Harbour was a highlight of our trip. At night the lights reflecting of the water was spectacular. With all this suite has to offer, you won't get better value anywhere else on the inner harbour.

Upper Harbour Gem

You couldn't find a better place for a stay in Victoria if you like to watch the activity on the water, walk all over downtown without having to use your car, and be within blocks of many fantastic restaurants.

The apartment is right on the water, super clean, well equipped, compact and very comfortable for a couple. We especially like the two balconies which are perfect for viewing the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine, or even for watching a family of otters play on the docks!

Charles was very easy to deal with for the rental process, and Sue, who greeted us, was very helpful with information about Victoria as well as the apartment. She came by right away when we had a question about the fireplace and was very accommodating about arrival and departure times. This is our second visit and we hope to return many more times.

So relaxing.

  • 5 of 5

Just returned from spending 4 nights and 3 days at this great condo. The owner was very easy to deal with and their onsite manager was very helpful. It's close to everything in downtown Victoria is within walking distance; and, a car is not needed. Although, if you do have wheels, an underground parking space is provided. It has everything you need to cook your own meals, or take in one of the numerous eating establishments nearby. Tip, try The Sour Pickle, about a block and a half away, for either breakfast or lunch (they close too early for dinner), excellent food at a reasonable price for downtown Victoria. Chinatown is only 2 blocks away as well.

The condo is more then comfortable and just right for 2 people. Great view to watch the paddlers; plus, the little Harbor Ferry is located almost at the doorstep. I took it over to Fisherman's Wharf one evening for a quick dinner.

Easy to give this gem five stars.

Would love to come back here

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for a week in April and loved the location 10/10, close to everything. Loved the condo with its tall windows and ever-changing views of the harbour. Right near design district and Chinatown, such lovely restored old buildings. Would love to come back another time and hopefully stay in this condo again. Local restaurants we tried and loved were Il Terrazzo for Italian, Nautical Nellie's for seafood and the Guild for an eclectic menu and staff. Also able to do lots of walking ...worth a visit to Spinnaker's across the harbour. Would recommend the Robert Bateman Centre and the Royal BC Museum. We did not need a car for this visit as we have done the Butchart Gardens and other parts of Vancouver Island on previous visits.
