Les Falaises is a Luxurious Ski-in Ski-out Condominium with WIFI connection. It is only 300m from the Tremblant pedestrian village and 400m from the main Gondola. It is among the closest condominium available in the village.

Les Falaises condos feature rustic luxury decor, complete kitchens and outdoor parking.

It is right on the Tremblant ski runs and has direct access to the Mont Tremblant multi-functional hiking/biking/cross-country trail network. Our condominium is air-conditioned and broadband WiFi connected, features a cozy living room with sofa bed, a master bedroom with King size bed, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, a wood burning fireplace, a HDTV, DVD, a jet tub, a private balcony, a washer/dryer and a fully-equipped kitchen and heated flooring in master bathroom and kitchen.

Our condominium is wheelchair accessible.

A Wonderful Holiday

This summer my wife and I spent several enjoyable days at Canus and Ellen’s condo in the resort of Tremblant. The condo is a spacious and well designed townhouse located within easy walking distance to the village. The rooms are very comfortable, pleasant, and well furnished. Canus and Ellen have provided all the amenities, even including a highspeed computer connection (for those among us who can’t imagine being offline for a few days). There are far more things to do in the area than can be accomplished in a few days (although we tried), including exploring (and shopping, and dining) in the charming pedestrian village, swimming in the lake, hiking, golfing, a new casino, and even a spa. The scenery was spectacular and can be easily taken in by riding gondolas to the summit of Mont Tremblant and to the new casino. And if this isn’t enough, the chalet is located about one hour’s drive from Montreal. We had a wonderful time.

Lots of space for your family travel $$s at the beautiful Mont Tremblant resort

Well furnished condo an easy walk from all the excitement at the Mont Tremblant resort. We were there in the summer so cannot speak about how that walk would be in ski attire. Make sure you go to Mont Tremblant village and enjoy some of the restaurants there as well. The bedrooms could use some overhead lighting but that is really all this condo lacks. Very reasonably priced given the location and amount of space.

Excellent location if you need to be near the vill

Couple of friends and I rented this condo for the IM703MT and the location was perfect. 2min walk to transition/village. It is located on the hill though which can be a hassle to go back and forth, but it is definitely worth it and the condo is very spacious as well. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient, but trouble ladened

This property could probably be nice, but there are issues that one should be aware of before they consider renting it. In no particular order they include:

1) We arrived on a snowy day when the driveway to the condo had not been plowed. The hill was so poorly maintained that cars could not make it up. We were forced to carry all of our stuff up the hill and then park all the way down at the public parking area and walk back to the condo. It is ow seven hours later and there has yet to be a plow clear the road.

2) The kitchen is sparsely furnished in the way of cooking supplies. We had planned on making a pot of spaghetti and could find nothing bigger than a tablespoon to stir the pot. There were only four small mismatched glasses to use resulting in the need to wash them by hand after every meal to have something to drink out of each meal.

3). The condo is poorly sound proofed and you can hear everything that is being said and done in the occupied condo above us. As i write this i am listening to the occupant urinate as if he were using my bathroom and not his.

The condo is laid out well and provides adequate space for the four of us, but given the issues we have encountered before we even get to ski i would suggest you look elsewhere for your vacation housing.

Owner's Response: Hi, thanks for the comments. This is the first time I get a comment less than 5. I hope the readers will understand and decide to stay in our condo. 1. Sorry to learn that you got some inconvenience because of snow in Tremblant. Our condo is on Chemin de la Foret. Tremblant city does the plowing on this street. If this road is poorly maintained, it will affect every condos on that street: i.e. La Clairiere, Le Chalumeau, Le Bose, L' Algonquin, Le Plateau, Equinoxe, andl'Altitude. Obviously, we (the owners) did not hear a lodging disaster on Feb 21. As a matter of fact, that day I have another guest left my condo, and my cleaning crews worked from 12:00pm to 2:00pm to clean the condo for you. And they have no problem of getting in and out. I checked the snow report; Feb 18 to Feb 22 has a total of 15cm snow, or average 3cm per day. For that amount of snow, I would not complain the city to take 7 hours to do one snow sweep. And I want to borrow this section to suggest to all Tremblant ski visitors; please use snow tires during winter season. Quebec government actually has a law requires all vehicles to have snow tire mounted during winter (from Dec 15 to Mar 15). 2. As I have mentioned that we have a back-to-back situation on your check-in day. My house manager may not have time to replenish the glasses. If you contact her, she would be glad to replenish the items for you on the same day. 3. I stayed in my condo many many days and have never had any sound proof problem. Nevertheless I understand that some people may have more sensitive ears. By the way, my condo is build by Intrawest. If anyone knows Tremblant, he should know Intrawest is a premium builder in this area. My condo was built at the same time with l'Algonquin, after Le Plateau and before l'Altitude. I stayed in many Intrawest condos and the quality in Les Falaises (my condo) is not less than any others. I wish you well and hope you enjoy your Tremblant vacation.

wonderful stay

my wife and i stayed for 4 days, 3 nights for a half Ironman weekend in June, 2014. All was excellent, as described. Easy stroll to village.

Les Falaises is less than 400m from the main Gondola (as seen from the Resort map above). Staying in Les Falaises does not need to take shuttle; families can walk down to the base in less than 5 minutes even with ski boot. For guest staying along the tremblant shuttle line, resort shuttle is 30 to 45 minutes a ride. In peak hours, long queue exists and some locations will find difficulties to get on the shuttle. Not needing to take a shuttle is one of many reasons that people like to stay in Les Falaises. Of course, there are other reasons too; among them, our condominium is clean, spacious and we always offer great price.

There is no steps for wheelchair access. Owing to a recent change in Tremblant regulation 2010, all condominium in Tremblant are banned to operate their fireplace until they are upgraded and certified. Les Falaises has paused our renting operation for the entire November 2010 to do the upgrading and it is now certified. Les Falaises is the only Condominium in Tremblant mountains to have working operated fireplace for 2010-2011 winter season. As a guest, you are ensure to have a safe and mountain-home like warm fireplace comfort.
