We've had a great time in your beautiful area. The house is perfect-owner made sure we would have everything we needed to make out stay feel like home.
My sister and I stayed at this rental and loved it! It was spacious with a master suite at one end of the home and the other two bedrooms at the opposite end which made for a lot of privacy and each of us had our own bathroom which is a must for girls! Riqui was so helpful! More so than any other owner of a house rental that we contacted. She reduced my stress level tremendously! And, made several recommendations, such as staying in Seattle the last night to ensure we didn't miss our flight, Sunshine Meats which had amazing smoked salmon (you must try it if you like salmon!), maps where she explained where our points of interest were located and she made recommendations based on MY interest. My sister and I loved staying there and I loved the horses which I observed and photographed each morning before our hiking adventures. I would stay here again for sure!!!
On a Brothers trip to the Olympic Peninsula We stayed at Riqui's House. She is a wonderful host and the house is so comfortable. Great location, not far from town but such beautiful acreage in the wooded hillside. Would not hesitate to stay again.
This house was a perfect launching point for our first visit to the area. It was incredibly quiet--especially at night. The floor plan was great because it offered the opportunity for the grandparents to have their own space away from the rest of the family, but also provided lots of common area for playing games (which are well-stocked) and visiting. Riqui was very welcoming and provided maps, brochures, menus, and advice about the area. House has a well-stocked kitchen and was very clean. We enjoyed whale watching and the breathtaking trip up Hurricane Ridge. Our girls really enjoyed talking to the horses and watching the deer. We will definitely be staying here again.
Wolf Tree Glen offered a perfect retreat for my family. It was beautiful, quiet and the house is clean and well maintained. While we were there, we hiked Hurricane Ridge and Sol Duc falls. There are some great restaurants in Port Angeles and Sequim that offer a very fresh fair using local organic produce and meats. Riqui has a wealth of information in making the stay even more enjoyable.
The property is lovely and well kept. Nice country setting, but only a short drive into Port Angeles. Riqui was a great tourist guide with a wealth of information on things to see and do and logistics for ferry/Victoria BC, etc. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
We've just had a wonderful stay at Wolf Tree Glen and it was a pleasure meeting Riqui. She looked after us right from the start until well past the time we left the house on the last day, to make sure the traffic conditions were good. While we were there, she provided us with useful information and local tips to discover the area.
The house is lovely and has a pretty nice location, the peace and quiet is amazing and so enjoyable!
Supermarkets, restaurants and other facilities are only a few minutes' drive away, and of course, it's an ideal spot to start exploring Olympic NP.
I stayed with a couple of friends for 6 days and we absolutely loved getting to a cosy home every day after a long hike in the amazing mountains.
I'd definitely recommend Wolf Tree Glen for your stay in the Peninsula!
