Clean, great location

Very clean, very comfortable. Owner responded quickly to my questions. Beds and pillows were great, kids slept comfortably downstairs. About a 10 minute Uber ride to French quarter. Thanks for the great stay!!!

Two blocks from parade route, very convenient! Furnishings were nice.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a place so close to parade route-adequate parking. Accommodations were updated and nice. We felt secure here with outdoor security lights and friendly neighbors.

Large group had fantastic stay

We had a group of 17 that came for Halloween and a Seahawks game from Seattle to celebrate both those events and a buddy getting married soon. We booked both the house and this attached apartment. The apartment was super clean, had big/comfortable beds, - nice TV, some bathrooms, small kitchen and this nice leather futons. Oh and it had AC, a cool balcony, and access to the nice patio!

Craig was great and very attentive to any questions we had. The neighbor Michelle was amazing as well and even cooked us giant breakfast platters with biscuits and grits that she delivered before the Seahawks game. Well worth her prices too. And she made us feel right at home, very warm, and smiling. She mentioned she has a catering business where she can help cook for you or get you groceries or whatever you need for your stay so if you get this place, definitely meet Michelle.

I know it can be scary spending a good amount of money online when you can't see in person what you're spending it on but everything about this place is as advertised. Its even close to the streetcar that takes you basically wherever you need to go. Great stay. I recommend.

A wonderful place to stay

This a wonderful location if you are trying to experience the real New Orleans. Only two blocks from St Charles street so you can use public transportation for almost everything. The property is really nice and works well for a family or just a couple

The neighborhood is old New Orleans Style living with historic homes. Ideal location for Mardi Gras celebrations. Beautiful setting for a home wedding or other events and celebrations such as corporate retreats, family reunions, anniversaries, holidays and birthdays.
