The property is fully secure with outside motion lighting and alarm system. The Garden District in New Orleans has its own private security patrol 24 hours a day.

Large group had fantastic stay

We had a group of 17 that came for Halloween and a Seahawks game from Seattle to celebrate both those events and a buddy getting married soon. We booked both the house and this attached apartment. The apartment was super clean, had big/comfortable beds, - nice TV, some bathrooms, small kitchen and this nice leather futons. Oh and it had AC, a cool balcony, and access to the nice patio!

Craig was great and very attentive to any questions we had. The neighbor Michelle was amazing as well and even cooked us giant breakfast platters with biscuits and grits that she delivered before the Seahawks game. Well worth her prices too. And she made us feel right at home, very warm, and smiling. She mentioned she has a catering business where she can help cook for you or get you groceries or whatever you need for your stay so if you get this place, definitely meet Michelle.

I know it can be scary spending a good amount of money online when you can't see in person what you're spending it on but everything about this place is as advertised. Its even close to the streetcar that takes you basically wherever you need to go. Great stay. I recommend.

A wonderful place to stay

This a wonderful location if you are trying to experience the real New Orleans. Only two blocks from St Charles street so you can use public transportation for almost everything. The property is really nice and works well for a family or just a couple

Made The Trip Even Better

This quaint home was the perfect size for me & my 3 close friends. The beds were comfortable & the location was perfect. We did have a couple suggestions to make things even better. 1) the pots and pans provided were very worn, some were rusted, while others were missing but handles making them too hot to work with. 2) provide some type of dish detergent & dish towels to clean the used dishes.

Lovely girls get-away

This was a lovely property. I have visited New Orleans many times. While the French Quarter is extremely lively and charming, I truly enjoy staying in a neighborhood such as this where one gets to feel more like a local and can enjoy a quiet night's rest. The Townhouse was as described. We also felt secure with new locks, gate, etc. It was very nice having two levels, plenty of room for us to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and everything seemed very clean and well taken care of. The St. Charles Street Car stop is a short walk away with a quick ride to the French Quarter and Downtown. Magazine street shopping/restaurants are easily accessible while strolling past the lovely Garden District Mansions. The property owner was very responsive. I hope to return soon.

Cute place to stay near the Garden Dist

Our party consisted of three couples from out of town needing a place to stay while visiting the NOLA Jazz Festival.

We drew straws to see who would stay in the upstairs bedrooms and who would sleep on the couches downstairs. We drew one of the bedrooms upstairs with a single bed with a pullout bed underneath. The beds were satisfactory for my wife and I.

The only complaint was the hot water in the shower was too hot to wash your hair. Not sure what the problem was, but, I am sure the owner will fix it.

Wonderful house close to everything. Owner was very accommodating and solved issues quickly. Beds were comfy and the house was immaculate. Thanks for a great vacation, we will be back! :-)
