This oceanfront townhouse located in the Sea Watch Condominium at 115th St in Ocean City, Md. yells out 'Bring the Whole Family' - we have something for everyone. Whether your interest is in having the finest of accommodations in your getaway spot or outside interest are a Must - we offer both. The spaciousness of this condo will leave you wondering if you should just relax inside or go out and enjoy both the indoor or outdoor pools, a few hoops of basketball, a swing at tennis, a little fun in the game room, a serious workout in the exercise room or a relaxing moment in the sauna. It's yours for the asking.

Our condo floor plan is on 2 levels for added privacy.

Parking is limited to cars, trucks and vans under 7 ft in the parking garage. Condo Association requires $40 parking fee per car.

This condo is very nice and roomy but coldwell banker had lied to us about the indoor pool being open. So I had to argue to get pool passes for another hotel. Coldwell agent is not a nice person considering she tried to get my family kicked out of the condo because she thought we were spring breakers. Then she told me she was going to have security come and check on my family. Pretty much she was trying to catch me in a lie because I caught her lying to me.

Owner's Response: The owner/agent was unaware that the pool was closed at the time the reservation was made. Unfortunately, this can happen as the condo association do the maintanence in the off season. At the time the reservation was made, the owner/agent confirmed through the management office that the pool was scheduled to be open. Once made aware of the situation, the owner/agent contacted the building management office and was told by the security guard that the party had checked in at the building and they had told the guard they were there for spring break. He also stated that the pool would be closed during the guests stay. He clarified that the guests were of college age. Having verfied the information given, owner/agent contacted guests and requested that they disclose who would be occupying the unit with their ages and once submitted, owner/agent approved the occupants and provided pool passes to another building close by. There was no further issue or contact with guests.

Great Condo

I have rented this condo 4 times and am always pleased. I always take at least 4 family members with me and there is room for all of them here. The view from the balcony is excellent, ocean and bay is seen. Sunrises are great and it gets shady as the day goes by so you do not fry in the sun. Condo is clean and well maintained. Pools are nice and clean. I would have given it 5 stars but the garage parking is less than good. $40 to park for 1 nite or 14. No cameras on the upper decks and we had a problem with 2 motorcycles being vandalised. $80 to park them not even in a regular parking space for 2 nights! Was told the parking was not maintained but the condo building. Other than that, I love this place. Buses stop right at the front of the condo. 2 grocery stores right across the street.
