RELAXING LUXURY at the OCEAN! Perfect BEACH location!
NEW (2016) kitchen cabinet doors, granite counter tops and subway tile back splash. ALSO, new eating area with wrap around bench and new washer/dryer. OUR VIBRANT 18th floor unit for NON SMOKERS ONLY is located on 74th Avenue North. The living area features a 50 in. flat screen TV, and it is the perfect setting for a vacation of LUXURY AND RELAXATION. A king bed (mattress 2014) with a new flat screen TV (2013), provides you with a relaxing retreat. That wonderful, refreshing beach feeling escorts you right inside with new living room furniture (Feb. 2013). From the large balcony, accessible from the master and the living area, enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have two double beds, each with flat screen TVs (2013) . Should you choose to prepare meals on site, you'll find a well stocked kitchen. Enjoy the waterfront by the pool(s)--newly renovated. On site are the convenience store, a pizza cafe and indoor pool. Starbucks and River City Cafe are located adjacent to the property. Convenience is yours: enter your code and the fun can begin!
YOUR MUST BE 25 TO RENT. WE RENT ONLY TO FAMILIES AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS! PETS, MOTORCYCLES, RV's, CAMPERS are not permitted on site effective 1/16.

The ON SITE WATER PARK on the street side of property is not available for use as we do not use the resort rental program. HOWEVER, you may use the indoor pool in the main building and the pools on the ocean side of the property! Pictures of these included areas are in our picture gallery. Also unavailable is The FAMILY FUN ZONE which includes an arcade, gym and an indoor pool. However, there is an arcade area, a gym for owners and their guests (accessible only with code obtained from the owner), and an indoor pool for our guests in the main building.
Linens : Bed sheets are "wrinkle free" quality thread count linens. Each bath is stocked with 6 towels, 6 wash cloths, and 6 hand towels. Of course, we provide pillows but if you are partial to your own, be sure they get packed!
Daily maid service IS NOT provided since we do not use the resort rental program. Stackable washer/dryer units (NEW 1/16) will allow you to clean towels as needed. Laundry detergent is provided.
The kitchen is well stocked and you are supplied with two dish cloths and two dish towels. Also included is dishwashing and dishwasher detergent, a start up roll of paper towel, coffee filters, foil and plastic wrap.
On site you will have access to the newly designed pool on the ocean side and the indoor pool in the main building. Next door you will find Starbucks, Martin's Restaurant and River City Cafe. Within walking distance are some wonderful restaurants such as Flamingo Grill, Bonefish, Collector's Cafe, and Liberty Oak Bar and Grill. Located in the unit are materials listing other favorites. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WATER PARK and KIDS ZONE ARE NOT AVAILABLE AS WE DO NOT USE THE ON SITE RENTAL PROGRAM.
Start Up Items:
baths : two rolls of tissue per bath and complimentary bar soap
kitchen: stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, coffee pot, and bake ware- start up roll of paper towels. Also provided are items such as aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, scouring pads, dish washing and dishwasher detergents. Hopefully our large supply will be sufficient for all our summer renters. (Use what you need, but leave the rest for future renters please.)
Washer: laundry detergent, fabric sheets and stain remover.
We hope that by supplying you with these items, you will not have to burden yourself with gathering them from home or picking them up at the grocery.

We've owned this property for eleven years and chose to do our own renting in order to better maintain our condo. Maintaining our place at the beach is extremely important to us as we enjoy spending time at the beach ourselves AND we want it to be clean and inviting.

We've owned this property for eleven years and chose to do our own renting in order to better maintain our condo. Spacious, very clean
Very nice 3 bedroom spacious condo. Owner was super attentive and responded so quickly. We visited for spring break and the weather was cool. Indoor pool was good for kids. The resort had another indoor pool but we we not allowed access. Condo had nice ocean view but no afternoon or evening sun. Overall very nice.
We are delighted that your family had a pleasant trip to Myrtle Beach. Thank you for selecting our condo and we hope you will join us again, especially when the temperature warms so you may enjoy the outdoor pool and the ocean water. As the season progresses toward the summer months, much more afternoon and evening sun will be noticed. I enjoyed our conversations and it was a pleasure assisting you.
For potential renters, please note that on our contract, as well as on the website and in the House Rules for Homeaway/VRBO, we/guests CANNOT use the water park on the street side of the property or the Family Fun Zone which houses the other indoor pool, an arcade, and a gym. We regret these areas are not available but this is due to our decision to not be on the resort rental program. This way, we are able to provide a well maintained and clean condo. Renters do have access to the ocean side pool, indoor pool, an arcade area, and a gym (code must be secured from the owner) in the main building.
9 days of R&R
This place is really pretty and very clean too! 3 perfect size bedrooms! The owner was awesome to work with! Felt like we had known each other for a long time! It was loaded with all the necessities and then some! The view was beautiful(especially during the couple of storms we had! I love watching storms at the beach) and it was convenient to everything! Would have been nice to have access to the deeper indoor pool, but nevertheless there were plenty of places to enjoy the water features and OCEAN!! These owners really go over and beyond what we have been used to at other condo units. I would recommend them anytime! And we loved the coded entry system! No keys to keep up with!! Thanks again Kathy and Chuck!!!
Great place to stay. Had elevator issues but was rectified. Clean condo with a lot of extras. And Kathy was great and always made sure thing we're going as planned. Will do again. A must. Thanks again Kathy for a great experience at Myrtle Beach.
It was a pleasure assisting you. I really enjoy being able to communicate with our renters and your input is always appreciated. We do regret that one of the elevators was inoperable and appreciate your understanding regarding the issue that the replacement part had to be manufactured--thus the long wait. I'm blessed to have such a wonderful cleaner and an owner who expects quality cleaning. I look forward to you joining us again in the near future.
Condo was amazing
Kathy was so wonderful to deal with. The condo is decorated so cute and it is spotless. Located so close to everything you would want to do and see in myrtle. Can't say enough! Kathy has everything you could possibly need. This trip was so much fun!

Best condo ever!
Seriously - this was the greatest condo ever! The views were amazing - we sat out there for hours every day. Primo sunrise watching! The balcony offered beautiful beach views and some of the parking lots, which were nice for people watching. Couldn't ask for any better.
Kathy was amazing to rent from. Any issues were taken care of immediately and she was very kind about it. Anything you could want was in the unit. It really did feel like you moved in. Made it very hard to leave!
We never had an issue with parking, but people did drive a little too recklessly for my taste in the "main" parking garage, so I would recommend the overflow one. There were prime times when the elevators were very busy, but it was usually around mealtimes so you knew when to expect it.

We had quite a few adults and one child stay. It was ok with the number we had an because we were all siblings and significant others, but I wouldn't really recommend more than 6 adults + kiddos.
I admit, when I read the reviews and saw they were all five star, I wasn't sure if this would be too good to be true. But honestly, I can say this condo was probably my favorite place of all the places I've ever stayed (including my own beach condo!!). 10/10, would recommend to anyone. Seriously.
I'm thoroughly delighted that you and your family enjoyed our condo so much! So totally agree about the time you can spend on the balcony watching everything on the beach. We love making our renters feel at home and strive to provide you with all the necessities you might find in your own home. Keeping our place in top condition is our goal and if there is a concern or need for a repair, we take action immediately.
I'm happy that the beach tips were helpful. I try to include everything a renter might need to know about the complex, our unit, restaurants, shopping and activities. Yes, there are times when the parking deck is just on "overload" with folks entering and departing and that is why I recommended in the beach tips and through emails that once you get your car unloaded, that there are times when it is just easier to park in the overflow deck; especially during season.
Our condo will accommodate ten people and I agree on your comment regarding the number of adults. Any time I have a request for a large number of adults I do confirm that they think they will be comfortable with the accommodations. We are better suited for a combination of adults and children.
PLEASE join us again and it was so nice of you to take the time to write such a remarkable review and to state that it was your favorite place thus far. In fact, I love being there myself as I feel so relaxed and removed from all the "pressures" of home! To me, it is a great place to stay while vacationing in Myrtle Beach! See you again next year, I hope! Book early as summer dates get reserved in January and February!!
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Our location is IDEAL! Travel a few minutes north and you are in the area known as Restaurant Row. For shoppers, there is Tanger Outlet and Barefoot Landing. A few miles to the south is the heart of Myrtle Beach, the convention center and other well known areas such as Broadway at the Beach, Carolina Grand Mall and Market Common. Within walking distance you will find some of the best (and our favorite) restaurants and shops. Golf courses are numerous and getting that perfect tee time will be a breeze since there are over 100 golf courses in the area.

Departure cleaning and linen fee = $130.00 plus tax Tax rate = 13% You must be 25 to rent. UNIT IS FOR NON SMOKERS ONLY and no illegal drugs! WATER PARK and FAMILY FUN ZONE are not available as we do not use the resort rental program. Turnover during peak season is Saturday. NO PETS, RV's or MOTORCYCLES.
