The spacious living room opens up to an outdoor patio with great views of the Santa Monica city life. The unit has a luxury French oak wood floor, plasma televisions and modern furniture. The unit has a complete home automation system that allows you to control everything from the music to the drapes with one remote.
The mezzanine floor features a built-in library complete with soft illuminating lights and a comfortable sofa bed so you can curl up to a good book while overlooking the calming ocean waters. In the master bedroom there is an Italian gas fireplace, imported Italian Lualdi doors, large private veranda, walk in closet and breathtaking views. The master bath features an oversize tub complete with a separate steam shower with rainfall and multi-side shower heads. In addition, the master bath has privacy glass windows for those that wish to maintain their privacy while soaking in a luxurious tub. Each of the bedrooms are custom appointed with the finest luxury accommodations, with fluffy beds, private bathrooms and gorgeous views.
Located in the basement is a custom-built wine cellar and tasting table, located off of the media room. The spacious rooftop terrace that serves as a veritable outdoor haven comes equipped with a private whirlpool spa and sleek fire pit, and every aspect has been considered to ensure that it will be the ultimate in luxury living.

My husband and I came to visit our kids during their spring break and we've just booked again for next year. The place was beautiful, amazing location and I'm so glad we chose this property because of it's proximity to downtown Santa Monica.
We did look at a few other places down the strand that were slightly less expensive, but none of them compared!
