The property is professionally managed by Irvine Property Management but we are also involved throughout to assure quality and to make sure our guests have a comfortable stay.

Irvine is consistently rated the safest city/community in the USA, the perfect place for enjoying the fantastic California weather. The condo is close to Laguna Beach and Newport Beach, close to wonderful shopping centres (South Coast Plaza, Fashion Island and Spectrum), and is close to attractions like Disneyland, Catalina Island, Knotts Berry Farm, Santa Ana Zoo, San Diego Zoo, Wildlife Park, etc.).
Irvine has fantastic facilities such as pool and tennis.
The resort itself has a heated (all year round) Olympic pool, an outdoor spa the size of some pools, fitness centre, etc.
The penthouse itself is the most luxurious and modern in the entire complex, and is in the best location.
My family spent a week at the condo in August 2009. It was clean, stylish, and a perfect location. Close to Disneyland, but not to close. It was my first time renting a condo. You will enjoy your stay.
Enjoyed our stay immensely. Loved the pool, fitness, hot tub and lovely grounds. The condo was well-equipped and very comfortable. The owners were most helpful and the security staff and management were excellent. We highly recommend this home.
This will be our 6th year in row coming to this beautiful oasis. We love the top floor overlooking the gorgeous pool and palm trees. Sitting on the top deck with beautiful birds and sun is the best way to spend a holiday away from snow. This condo has everything you need. Home away from home. Location was great for shopping, dining, and not very far from Disneyland. Leaving early to Disneyland, the traffic was mostly coming from the other direction so it was an easy 15-20 minute drive to the parking garage. Some mornings the airplanes were a little loud during the week around 7am, but other than that I didn't really notice it. Furnishings were modern and nice. We had 4 adults and one child and there was plenty of room. The location also felt very safe and secure.
This isi a wonderful get-a-way and met our expectations. Nicely furnished with all kitchen, bath, and bedroom needs., Pool and hot tub were very relaxing and quiet. Neighbors were friendly, but not obstusive. Plenty of great eateries around and very convenient to beaches and shopping. Although very close to the airport, we never heard a plane. The condo is very well lighted and comfortable.
We’ve just returned from our stay in Irvine. This penthouse is outstanding. We’d looked at the pictures and watched the video but our reaction when we walked through the door was still “wow!’. Our feedback is: extremely clean unit, beautiful grounds, very quiet (the nearby airport didn’t bother us), very comfortable beds, excellent in-suite laundry facilities, every appliance – both large and small - that we could ever need, thorough, easy-to-follow instructions about how to run / use / take care of everything, friendly people in the complex, excellent location for exploring inland and coastal areas of SoCal (10 minute drive to the ocean, 90 minutes or so to San Diego, 90 minutes to Palm Springs (our arrival and departure airport) about an hour to Los Angeles), excellent neighbourhood shopping centres, full entertainment system (we particularly liked the whole-house music when we were spending time “at home”), fully equipped office (monitor, printer, keyboard – hooked up our laptop and were good to go, very fast wi-fi), lots of storage for all of our “stuff”, great B-B-Q (especially the piped gas), loved the jetted tub and the steam shower (the unit has superior water pressure). And, we know we had neighbours on both sides but never heard a sound through the walls.
Owners Rael and Angela could not have been better. Angela checked us in. Her tour and introduction were thorough and entertaining (an extraordinarily interesting person with a wonderful sense of humour). Our emails to Rael before, during and after our stay were all answered promptly. Our security deposit was returned to us within a couple of days of arriving home.
In summary, we highly recommend these people and this property. When / if we return to SoCal, this is where we want to stay.
