The situation in the city is exceptional. You can visit a lot of point of interest by walk. The harbor is like a village in Paris, it's very quiet, only 42 boats in the harbor. You can park your car for free, in front of the houseboat.

This 82 ft. long, 15 wide, houseboat is moored on the Seine in a very picturesque location between Foot Bridge Sedar Senghor and Concorde Bridge.
Below the sun deck, 500 sqft, where you can enjoy warm summer evenings, the main living area has wood floors , and white painted walls..
The air conditioned main room, 340 sqft, is comfortably furnished with two sofas, armchairs, coffee table, bookshelves, TV, high speed internet WiFi desk, telephone and sound system.
There are plenty of closet spaces.
The kitchen corner is well equipped with stove, sink, micro wave, oven, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, one freezer, a washing machine and a dryer.
The adjacent extendable dining table can seat up to 10 people.

You can use Passerelle Leopold Sedar Sengor, cross the river and access to Saint Germain des Prés.
From the quay, at about 150 meters from RISICO you can access ¨batobus¨ and visit Paris from the river. This atypical mean of transportation leads you to several stops such as Musee d’Orsay, Tour Eiffel, Champs Elysees….
