Villa Teodora is an excellent choice for a good holiday. The garden is spacious, with a private pool, practical parasols, comfortable deck chairs,
a lot of greenery and safe for children. There is plenty of room for parking on the property.

The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, spices and cutlery.
There are many large windows that give a lot of light inside. The bedrooms are quiet, and have a view to the fresh and green nature.
The living room has a large, comfy sofa, and a comfortable arm chair.

The area is calm, the mornings are fresh and sunny, and the evenings are peaceful and romantic.

Lovely house, in beautiful, peaceful surroundings

We spent a week here in Aug 18 and loved it! The house is set in a very peaceful area and has a lovely outside area with the pool, vines and garden with some nice trees. The pool was fantastic and we spent lots of time in it. The house itself was great for what we needed and very clean - bedrooms were all a good size. We were met by the Mr and Mrs Jelic when we were arrived, who were both very friendly and helpful. There was lots to do during the week - we went to the beaches at Rabac and San Marina, went to Medulin and also spent a great day in Pula [the Roman Ampitheatre in the morning, followed by a boat trip to the Brijuni islands in the afternoon]. The house is very close to the lovely little picturesque town of Labin as well and we loved the Velo Café there. Overall, highly recommended!!

Lovely people, lovely villa

This is a really lovely villa, very comfortable with nice air conditioned bedrooms. You have pretty much all you need with some basic kitchen items provided. It has a great little poolside house which stayed nice and cool for lunchtime meals near the pool which was very welcome. The gardens are beautiful and well looked after, the pool is quite small but very welcome and kept very clean like the rest of the property. You could not wish for better hosts, really very lovely kind people. Villa Teodora is our first trip to Croatia and will not be our last, a clean, friendly country that we fell in love with, the villa is a great place to explore Istria, Labin the small town near the villa is bustling and everything you need is a short drive away, very pleased we chose to try Croatia.

Super Urlaub

Das Haus und Garten sind wuderschön, sehr ruhig gelegen und man ist in max. 10 Minuten am Meer oder in der Altstadt von Labin. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben alle den Urlaub sehr genossen, und können dieses Ferienhaus jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

Tolles Haus

Klasse Haus, das alles hat was man braucht. genau wie beschrieben. Zwei Kühlschränke, Gefrierschrank, komplett ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine. Ordentliche Klimaanlagen und Verdunklung in allen Schlafzimmern. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand mit tollen Geände. Tolle ruhige Lage. Eigener Parkplatz. 10-20 Autominuten zu mehreren Stränden. Toller Pool, der täglich gereinigt wird. Supersympathische Vermieter die jederzeit telefonisch oder per Whatsapp erreichbar sind ❤️. Alles war wie beschrieben und mindestens wie wir es erwartet hatten.

Einfach nur traumhaft

Wir haben hier zwei Ferienwochen als Familie mit Hund verbracht. Das Haus liegt traumhaft ruhig fast am Ende einer kleinen Straße. Es bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht (auch ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfe). Die Schlafzimmer haben alle Klimaanlagen, die beiden mit Doppelbett auch sehr nützliche Mückengitter. Die hat das Kinderzimmer leider nicht, also unbedingt Mückengitter für Balkontüren mitnehmen (man braucht 3 Vorhänge) und mit Malerkrepp festkleben. Besonders toll sind die 3 Freisitze. Einer davon überdacht, so dass wir auch bei Regen draußen sitzen konnten. Der Pool ist herrlich und wird von Mauricio auch während des Aufenthaltes sauber gemacht. Überhaupt sind die Vermieter unheimlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie leben in der Nachbarschaft und waren immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir was gebraucht haben. Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar und man findet immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Wir hatten hier zwei wirklich schöne Wochen, haben uns gut erholt und sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke Doriana und Mauricio! Wir sehen uns mal wieder…
