Relaxing Vacation

We had a very relaxing week at the rental. The communication with the rental manager was great. We would definitely stay again at the home.

Friends find paradise

Amazing, loved this house! Even considering trying to buy it! Beautiful, quiet, well appointed stunning home! Owner was exceptionally quick to answer any questions but this house leaves few questions to answer! Definitely will try to stay here again if I can't buy it first!

Great location and beautiful views

We enjoyed the house, pool and the lake. Plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. Some issues continue with the roof leak in the master shower. Good communication with the owner.

Nice, quiet stay

The property was nice. The area is still recovering a little bit from hurricane Ian but it's understandable and didn’t impact our stay. The owner was also very good about communication. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for an out of the way spot to stay within a 30 minute drive of the beach.

Great rental

The house was wonderful and neighborhood very peaceful. Cleanliness was only rated 4 stars because there was damage to the master bath ceiling. It wasn’t a concern though, because it looked like it was being fixed, maybe didn’t have time to complete it before we got there? Otherwise, it was great!

Why they chose this property

I purchased this home as an investment and for family vacations. I love the neighborhood and the layout of the home. It is conducive for grandparents and children to have privacy with the split floor plan. The pool and fresh water lagoon are breathtaking during an evening sunset. Great fishing in the lagoon or close by you can join a charter boat for salt water action. A nice backyard to cook out or for the children to play.

What makes this property unique

The warm climate of the Gulf of Mexico in Southern Florida is wonderful during the cold snowy months in New England. Even in the summer this house is breezy and inviting. The area is filled with many activities and places to go.A full kitchen and breakfast bar opens to the family room. Enjoy preparing light lunches or a holiday feast.
