The Royal Orleans was newly renovated in 2006. This spacious 1 bedroom/ 1 bath condo (w/ 2 double beds & sofa sleeper), Unit #212, is a lovely tropical corner unit on the upper floor with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The New Orleans themed courtyard and beautiful landscaping provide the perfect setting for a relaxing day by the heated pool. Free wireless internet has just been added.
The beautiful shores of Redington Beach are just steps away; the white sand and inviting emerald-blue water are always a pleasure to experience. This great central location provides an easy access to a wide selection of activities, including water sports, fishing at the Redington Long Pier, shopping and much more.
The beach trolley comes by every 1/2 hour and is a great affordable way to take in the sites around our amazing beaches and downtown attractions. World famous John's Pass Village is a great place to start your adventure where you can enjoy a wide variety of dining. Whether you are looking for a casual fare or fine cuisine, there is something to please everyone's palate.
Theme parks, museums, outlet malls, an array of sporting events are just minutes away from Royal Orleans. Amazing sunsets, tropical breezes and a relaxing, quiet atmosphere makes this the perfect choice for your Florida vacation.
This has been a great vacation; hard to believe the month has gone so quickly. Weather has been perfect and trying to absorb as much sunshine and beach time as I can. I head back to Nova Scotia in a few days.
The condo is wonderful!!It is clean, brightly decorated and has everything
one needs. The courtyard and pool area very lovely and well-cared for. The location is perfect for easy access to the beach, restaurants, etc. MY daughter was here for a week and also loved it.
We had never stayed on this side of the Gulf before but found it to be a great place to go. The Pool area is large with plenty of room to lay out or sit at a table and enjoy the day. You can walk to the beach and to may other places to eat. The room was perfect, it was clean and just the right size. Thank you so much for giving us a wonderful vacation at a price that allowed us to stay longer and do more with our children. We will be back.
Nice place to stay if your on a budget. Close to beach and restaurants very quiet place and friendly people
We've stayed here several times, each time equally enjoyable. We have two small children, so the 2 double beds are perfect for our family of 4. The trolley can take us up and down Gulf Blvd. We can eat in the condo for any meals, but easily enjoy some of the awesome local places nearby (Conch, John's Pass, Indian Shores Coffee, Sage Cafe, Frog Pond, etc). Just across the street is the beach, you can see it from the condo windows. The kids love it, we love the sunshine & beach. The pool is great too. It's not a huge complex so it feels very safe and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet as well! Will return again and again as we create memories with our family!
Great area that's safe, convenient, & beautiful. We liked the neighborhood mix of residential homes, condos, & hotels. Enjoyed walking along Gulf Blvd. or the quiet back streets to Winn Dixie grocery, CVS, & restaurants. The beach across the street is easy to access & flat for walking, too. The condo is located on the back corner of the building, away from traffic, yet, has an OCEAN VIEW! It's just one flight of stairs to your car door. The new flatscreen TV has a nice picture & the free Wi Fi worked well. It was neat, clean, & well equipped. Places we enjoyed: Earlybird specials at Seabreeze Island Grill in Redington Shores, $3.25 breakfast at Screwie Louies in Madeira Beach, Mahuffer's bar in Indian Shores, Mazzaros Italian Market St. Petersburg, Florida Botanical Gardens & Heritage Village in Largo (free), the beaches at Ft. Desoto State Park, Pass-a-Grille, & along the Dunedin causeway to Honeymoon Island State Park. There's so much to see & do. We'll have to come back again!
