Wow, what a wonderful week we spent at this lovely, open cottage. Maisonette is clean, bright and peaceful!!! Located just a block walk to downtown and great shopping and restaurants ! And no hassles with parking, even during the peak season.
We had a wonderful stay at this rental property, only minutes away from downtown Saugatuck. The house had everything we could have possibly needed and was in a great location. It was nice and quiet, yet downtown restaurants and nightlife were right around the corner. The patio area was great to come back to after a long day at the beach. Plenty of room for sleeping and blow-up mattresses if needed. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Chris!
Property was in a great location and perfect for 4 people. Our host was very accommodating and I would definitely rent from him again.
This place is perfect for a relaxing vacation in Saugatuck! We stayed here recently for a girls weekend and we had plenty of space for four of us. I am going to say that I have rented many places over the years and this by far was the BEST rental experience I have ever had. The property is clean, up to date, and has everything you will need to have a great stay. The owner, (Chris), has thought of everything. He was super accommodating and easy to work with. I have already recommended this property to several co-workers and friends and I hope they book with him. The off street parking is fabulous since parking is a scarce commodity in the downtown area, it is a short ride to the beach and a short walk home from the restaurants and bars. We popped over to Douglas for an amazing dinner at Everyday People and I would recommend adding this to to your list when you are in town. We can't wait to come back next year and do it all over. Thanks Chris!!!
Very nice home close to lots of shops and restaurants. It's very clean and quiet and would rent it again.
Perfect location- you couldn't ask for anything closer to town. House is adorable- beautifully decorated, lots of amenities, cute backyard patio to have coffee or drinks outside in the back. Would love to come back!
A great location, two blocks from everything you need in Saugatuck with a long driveway giving you plenty of parking. The home was clean and had everything we needed including beach items. The back patio was the hidden gem as it gives you a secluded area that also feels next to everything that is happening in town. Chris, the owner met us when we arrived, he was very helpful and knowledgeable of what was new in town for the season.
