The 'Yachting Residence' is located directly on the sun-drenched lake-front of Lago Maggiore. This residence is unique, because of its direct access to the lake and its exceptional architecture. The town of Ghiffa can easily be reached along the lake-side promenade. The building has been completely renovated and authentically extended. During the careful restoration of the heritageprotected building, the original structure of the old facades was retained. The result: a stylish house with every modern convenience, but still exuding its original charm. This is an ideal holiday residence, not only for water-sports enthusiasts. The unusually high ceilings in parts of the residence, in combination with arched windows and loggias which face the lake, lend these appartments their own particular character and charm. The outdoor area is also unique: the residence has a 250 m long garden, which is used as a private beach and a large sun-bathing lawn with barbecue area. In the evening, the entire complex is beautifully illuminated. A washingmachine and clothes-dryer are available. Coins needed for the use of these machines may be obtained from the concierge. Every appartment has SAT-TV and a parking space in the garage. The floors are of Carrara marble or white tiles.
