Welcome to our sunny 100 m2 deluxe apartment with welcoming antechamber, 3 separate bedrooms (2 with cable TV and built in DVD player), 2 separate bathrooms, 1 x shower / toilet and 1 x bath / WC and bidet a cozy eat-in kitchen for 2 to 8 people, 1 living room to feel comfortable with additional sleeping for 1 to 2 persons.

You have 3 TV `in the apartment at your disposal and of course, free Wi-Fi.

The apartment is surrounded by a breathtakingly beautiful mountain landscapes of 'Wilder Kaiser and Kitzbühler Horn'.

Very quiet, but still only 10 to 12 minutes walk to the idyllic center.

Guests and regular customers enjoy our beautiful residence in an elegant atmosphere.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a welcoming sun terrace with table and chairs plus a 200 m2 garden southern side.

Also sun loungers are available on request at any time for you.

We are in a paradisiacal location for every conceivable winter and summer activities. St. Johann is a paradise for long and skiers, hikers, bikers, climbers, golfers, riders, rafting friends etc. We have a great climbing forest and many lakes in the vicinity. Kitzbühel- 10 minutes from St. Johann and there are in the immediate vicinity many beautiful destinations.

Salzburg-Innsbruck each 1 hr.

In winter trail entrance directly in front of the house. The ski bus stop is about 5 to 6 minutes. By car you drive 5 minutes to the mountain railway where there is plenty of free parking.

St. Johann is picturesquely beautiful and always worth a trip.

The apartment's a perfect starting point for all conceivable winter and summer activities. St. Johann is a paradise for (cross-country) skiers bikers, hikers, golfers, equestrians, rafting friends, etc. We have a great crag and many lakes in the vicinity. Kitzbühel - 10 minutes drive from St. Johann. There are many beautiful Neighbouring places.

Salzburg - Innsbruck: 1 hour.

In the winter you have direct access to the cross country routes - They are only 10 meters away from the apartment. The ski bus stop is about 5 to 6 minutes by foot. St. Johann is definitely worth a visit.

Trés agréable séjour à la Residenz Granada

Nous venons de passer deux semaines inoubliables avec un couple d'amis dans cet appartement. L'accueil de Mme Fernandez a été des plus chaleureux. Nous avons tous apprécié ce bel appartement, bien équipé, décoré avec goût, spacieux et confortable pour 2 ou 3 couples. La résidence est située à seulement 5 mn en voiture du centre mais loin du tumulte de la ville. Nous avons également apprécié le changement fréquent du linge de maison. L'absence de lave-linge et sèche-linge à la disposition des résidents est un peu gênant lorsque l'on séjourne plus d'une semaine, mais il y a une laverie automatique en ville.

Very beautiful house, great holiday

We stayed at residence Granada during the week after X-mass. The apartment was new, spacious, extremely clean and very well equipped. The bedrooms and beds were great, the bathrooms luxurious, the kitchen excellent and living room spacious. The only criticism may be that the dining table, or more accurately, the space around the table, is a bit small.

The apartment is a bit too far away for walking to the ski elevators, one has to take this into consideration before booking. However, it is only a 3-5 minute drive. There are also ski busses, but we used our car. The parking space next to the apartment has a roof: very convenient as it snowed at lot during our stay. The parking in St Johann is very close to the ski elevators. So in the end, it took very little time to get from the ski slopes to the apartment, without much walking.

The owners were very helpful and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

In conclusion: I can really recommend this apartment. We certainly will book it again.

Großzügige, moderne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war so wie im Online-Inserat beschrieben, perfekt für 4 - 6 Personen. Die Badezimmer sind groß genug und sauber, es gibt ausreichend Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geplegt und punktet vor allem mit vielen kleinen Dingen, die im Alltag nicht fehlen dürfen. So ist von einer großen Spielesammlung bis zum Streichholz alles immer griffbereit. Der Wechsel der Handtücher und der Bettwäsche hat reibungslos funktioniert. Es stehen genügend Schränke zur Verfügung um das gesamte Gepäck zu verstauen.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und lässt ungestörte Entspannung zu. Die Terasse ist ausreichend groß und lädt mit ihrem schönen Blick in den sehr gepflegten Garten und ins Alpenpanorama zum Verweilen ein. Leider lässt die Aussicht aus der Wohnung keinen direkten Blick auf die Berge zu. Alle Schlafzimmer lassen sich gut verdunkeln und bleiben dank zahlreicher Insektennetze insektenfrei.

Besonders möchte ich die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieter betonen, die uns von der An- bis zur Abreise perfekt betreut haben und uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen.

Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder beziehen und können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Coming from Kufstein not go into the underpass, but pass the first roundabout and at the second roundabout take the fourth exit towards West Hinterkaiser. Go straight to the carpentry Maikl, 100 meters after that you see on the left a woodshed. Turn immediately left after the Niederkaiserweg.

Our guests can use the nearby public swimming pool daily. We would also like to inform our patrons, as well as our future guests that our apartment was recently appraised by the strict criteria of the Tyrolean Owner's Association and after careful visit us 4 Edelweiss (in Austria highest achievable award for private accommodation) were awarded. Furthermore we are very happy, because there are not many apartments in St. Johann whom this award is administered.
