Bell Lloc, translated into German "nice place" is a lovely comfortable house with a living area of ​​250 sqm spread over 2 levels with the traditionally high beamed ceilings in some rooms. From the front door we enter the open living / dining area with patio doors giving access to the covered terrace and pool area offer. The living area has comfortable sofas. In the dining area invites a table and comfortable chairs to a common meals. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook next to a pantry and access to the garage, where washer and dryer are housed. A powder room is also available. At this level there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ensuite shower room. Steps lead from the living area to the lower floor. Here we find two more bedrooms, one ensuite with ensuite bathroom with bath and the other with shower room.

All bedrooms have satellite TV and a great view of the orchard at the back of the house. The bathrooms have underfloor heating.

The bedrooms and the living / dining area have air conditioning hot / cold with a fixed and limited usage time. (14 h 00 - 16 h 00 and 21 h 00 - 08 h 00).

Outdoor facilities

The grounds are lovingly laid out and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. In addition, you can see in the distance the remains of the "Castell Santuerei" and the chill-out area you can see the monastery of Sant Salvador on the mountaintop. The covered terrace overlooks the pool with a nice barbecue area with table, Stüchl, a barbecue, refrigerator and sink. A comfortable chill-out zone with fantastic views invites you to relax. The large pool (9 mx 4 m, depth min. 1 m, max. 1.90 m) with stone steps lined by a large sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers. For the sporty pleasure for the whole family, there is a ping pong table. The entire property is fenced and also has parking for several cars.

Pool towels and lightweight blankets for the chill-out area are available.

Great stay in well equipped villa!

We (a party of two Swedish families with four kids age 5-7 years) spent a week in Bell Lloc villa. We enjoyed the rural and lush setting with orange trees in the garden and of course we spent a lot of time in and beside the pool! It was well maintained and fresh. Nice and comfortable pool furnitures. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and more. We got very quick service when we messed up with the safety box and it was solved within a few hours. It is a perfect holiday home for families or friends! About 15-20 min to Cala DÓr and surrounding beautiful beaches. Grocery shopping is best in Eroski outside the city of Felanitx, but Lidl will do if you arrive on a Sunday (when everything else is closed).

Bell Lloc has a privileged location on a hill surrounded by nature. The house is situated in the middle of nature quiet and offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. Only 2 minutes away by car lies the ruins of "Castell de Santueri". Only 5 km away in the island inside the city is Felanitx with shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Every Sunday morning there is a lively weekly market. The tourist resort of Cala D'Or with its various sandy coves and an endless choice of restaurants and the international marina is about 19 Km. In 15 minutes Golf fans can reach from the square "Vall D'Or Golf" or you can equip the charming fishermen Porto Colom with its various sandy coves and beautiful sea-view restaurant a visit.
