Main Level: 2 Covered decks with table and chairs. Open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. Large round dining room table for the whole family, and additional bar top seating at the island. Bedroom one with a King size bed. Shared hallway bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Bedroom two with a King size bed. Bedroom three has a twin size bed and pull out trundle. Master suite with a King size bed, large flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. This extra large bathroom has a double walk in shower and dual vanity.
Copper Top is a dog friendly home allowing a maximum of 2 dogs with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs. There is a non-refundable dog fee of $100 per dog.
Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available.
Location: 3 minutes to the Beach; 17 mile drive to 61st Street; 20 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 16 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
