The house is 1600 sq ft w/ a spacious living room w/ flat screen 2TVs. Master bedroom w/ queen size bed w/ flat screen TV include HBO. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. Full kitchen w/ microwave, dishwasher, oven, double door LG refrigerator, breakfast area, formal dining room, washer/dryer room, central air/heat & complimentary Wi-Fi connection. It has new Verisimo espresso machine. The house has parking with automatic garage door opener and nice yard with patio sets.

It's centrally located a block to Sunset Blvd and 2 blocks to Hollywood Walk of Fame, Dolby Theater, TCL Chinese Theater, Jim Henson Studio, Madame Tussaunds, West Hollywood Gateway and other tourist attractions. The house is a nice location and it''s a short drive to Burbank, Universal Studio & Hollywood Sign. It's close to Beverly Hills, Beverly Center, The Grove, Griffith Observatory, LA & Getty Museum, Runyon Canyon, Hollywood Bowl, Farmer's Market, Santa Monica Pier, Malibu & Venice Beach.

Great location & nice house. My family of 4 had a great stay at Frank's house. It's clean & we feel at home with indoor parking. It's a few blocks away to Hollywood Walk of Fame, Dolby Theater where they are going to held the Oscars Awards. Universal Studios Hollywood is just a short drive away. It has a full kitchen with washer/dryer. It has a nice comfy beds and tons of towels. Coffee & tea with espresso machine are provided.



We walked of the time, my daughter & son enjoyed the location. It's safe and we walked to Runyon Canyon where we saw celebrities. It has a nice yard spacious living room w/ 2 TVs. Ralphs supermarket, Starbucks, stores & restaurants are just around the corner. We truly enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward for our next stay. Great home for a great vacation!! Thank you Frank!! We love your house. 5 *****

Awesome Hollywood Experience

We loved this house and would definitely recommend it. The location is great, with lots of places to eat nearby (we loved Berri's for lunch), a nice Ralph's grocery store is 250m away, and it is a short walk to Hollywood Blvd and the Chinese Theatre. The house has a gated driveway and we felt so comfortable and safe. We loved making our breakfast and heading out for the day. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The house was bright and clean and was even better than advertised. It was a great place to come back to after a day of seeing the sights. Frank was so great to deal with throughout the rental. We would love to come back.

Hidden gem in a busy city!

We enjoyed our stay at Frank's place tremendously! We were on a graduation trip with our daughter, and she picked all the sights that she wanted to see and visit. Everything was relatively close, many in walking distance, which was huge to us since we are not at all accustomed to the LA traffic. At the end of a busy day we were able to come home to peace and quiet behind the gates of the house, and that was very relaxing. In addition to all the nearby sights, everything we needed was conveniently located-groceries, restaurants, and other shopping, all nearby. Frank was friendly and professional, and made us feel right at home!

Centrally located, close to everything

I rented Frank's home for 4 nights. It was just the right set-up for me and my teenage son and his friend whom I was traveling with for school vacation week. We each had our own beds, and own bathrooms. The home was within walking distance of Hollywood Boulevard, and centrally located to all of the sights we wanted to see. Off-street parking was a bonus! Frank was wonderful to work with - he communicated quickly and often and made sure we had all of the information we needed. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Overall, a comfy place to stay in LA

Frank saved our vacation when he booked the house for us the night before our trip after our original booking (VRBO #664616) was cancelled at 9:30 pm the night before our trip. The owners had double-booked and couldn't find us another location, so we were very grateful.

The house is very comfortable and was spacious enough for my family of 4 to feel like we all had our own space. We loved that it had 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom so that my 14 & 12 year old daughters didn't have to share. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. There are a few quirky things about the house, but, overall, it was comfortable and well equipped. My only complaint was that there is almost no counter space in either bathroom, and the layout of the master bad is really awkward with little room to get ready in. Blow drying hair was tough as the mirror was in the corner, so I kept banging my elbow on the wall!

The neighborhood was fairly central and within a 15 minute drive of most of the places we wanted to see (Universal Studios, Griffith Park, Beverly Hills). It is also an urban neighborhood with a BIG homeless problem. Our first morning there, we woke up to find a homeless man sleeping in front of the front gate. This happened 3 times in the 6 days we were there. We would encounter 5-6 homeless men just in the block walk to the grocery store. It's a sad remainder that we didn't necessarily want to have on our vacation, but it is life in a big city.

We also didn't understand that we'd be sharing the property with someone else. The house is a duplex, but other than occasionally hearing the neighbors next door, we didn't notice or mind. However, the detached garage located just steps from the house and in front of the driveway we were using is apparently also a rental unit (or where the owner stays when he's in town?). We thought it was just for storage until the 2nd to last day there ,when we saw the door open and lights on. We never saw a person, and weren't too bothered by it, but it was a little disconcerting and we would have liked to have known due to our having young daughters.

Owner's Response: I'm sorry but I even asked my neighbor who walks her dog every morning said she never saw anyone in the driveway. I asked my assistant who check my mail & package in house coz I was out of town on vacation. I lived in my house for 17 years and It never happened before. I will take care this matter that this will never happen again. Thank you.

Location, Value, Hospitality

I never would have thought that it would be possible to stay in the center of a major city, with every amenity (wifi, gated off-street parking, etc), in a clean, comfortably sized home for a reasonable rate. Additionally, Frank made sure that all of our needs were taken care of even though he was out of town during our stay. I would not hesitate to return should I ever come back to Los Angeles.

This house is very convenient to Hollywood location. Walking distance to grocery, restaurants and Hollywood Boulevard with lots of attractions. The house is very well equipped with every thing that we needed, better than a hotel. I would recommend it very much. I will come back.
