RECENTLY REMODELED. We converted the garage into a new kitchen , living area, 1/2 bath, laundry room, and a bunkbed room with 2 twin xl bunkbeds. The second story has a new master bedroom and master bathroom where the old kitchen amd living are were. Also, 2 more bedrooms and a second full bathroom on the second story. it sleeps 10 plus you could sleep 1-2 on the sofa.

Prelude weekend

The property pics don’t do it justice! It’s very roomy yet cozy. Best mattresses. Great location and very peaceful on the marsh. Best house yet !

Sweet Little Cottage at Goose Rocks Beach

Very sweet little cottage close to Goose Rocks Beach with lots of sleeping options and household amenities. The kitchen is well-appointed- loved the microwave in a drawer- and the sitting room/dining nook was comfy. Short walk to beach, convenient to shops and coastal towns. Lots of good restaurants, shops and beautiful ocean views. Our hosts were accessible and very accommodating of our scheduling and other needs- thank you so much!

Wonderful Cottage!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed and more! It made our stay here at GRB even more special. Ample space, great amenities, comfortable beds. Perfect walking distance to the beach. Donna and Lisa were such gracious hosts. We look forward to coming back in 2024!

This has been in our family since 1995 when we purchased it. Our parents stayed there for 30 years for their vacation starting with a weekly rental which was our family trip with many memories. After retiring they rented the whole summer until they finally bought it in 1995. We still enjoy it as well!!
