Opposite the apartment building you can find St. Othmar church which has a neat little park and two playgrounds. A free city-bike station is also right in front of the building.

Upon your arrival we will provide you with useful tips about the surrounding area and about your stay in Vienna. Within walking distance you can find supermarkets, restaurant, Cafés, bakeries,… everything your heart desires.

About Florian Gerl -

We are a young family with two small children and now live on the outskirts of Vienna. Florian is in business administration and Nina is a biochemist. We used to live in one of the apartments and when we moved to a house on the outskirts of town in 2012, we pondered over what to do with our beloved, newly built apartment in the heart of Vienna. We were sure that this wonderful flat in this great location would be very much appreciated by tourists and visitors. The idea was so successful that we took up more apartments.

Perfect home away from home.

Our arrival was warmly greeted by Michael who helped us with the initial understanding of the living quarters and its amenities. It really helped us a lot. We were amazed by the sprawling space and its location. We rented two apartments on the 5th floor and the space was way more than enough. The owner, Florian was instrumental in helping us reserve those spaces and we loved it.

We had an opportunity to meet him as well - warm, gentle and a helpful person.

Absolutely neat and clean with a cold A/C. No dearth of amenities with washer and dryer dedicated solely to the apartment dwellers.

Food markets and eateries all within 1-5 minutes of walking.

Hop on hop off bus stop nearby.

Tram stop is right outside the apartment building.

While close to the city center we enjoyed the calm neighborhood of the apartment.

We highly recommend this place.

Thank you Nina and Florian for sharing your apartments with us. Would love to be back there.

Great apartment; great location; immaculately clean; great facilities

The apartment is conveniently located close to the city centre (15 minutes walk). There is also a tram stop right outside to door which provides connections to everywhere.

On entering the property from the street, you may be a little concerned about the shared areas. They are a little scruffy. However, don't worry, the top floor and the apartment are immaculate. There is a lovely open-plan lounge / diner / kitchen area, with windows looking out across the Vienna rooftops. The balcony is a good space although we didn't get to use it that much due to the weather.

My wife and I have stayed in Home and Away properties all over the world. This was by far the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. Superb!

The overall booking experience was excellent. Florian responds very quickly.

Michael arranged to "meet and greet" us on our arrival. He provided concise instructions which enabled us to enter the apartment without issue. He is a very friendly and courteous chap and after showing us where everything was, also provided recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing and how to get around the city. Excellent service.

I can highly recommend this apartment or, based on the service we received, any others that Florian rents out. Excellent service; excellent apartment.

Thanks for everything and for making our stay in Vienna so enjoyable

Perfect top-floor apartment in an excellent location

This is an excellent property with all the amenities you want and plenty of space for everyone. We had 5 people and everyone had their own place to sleep. Great laundry facilities too. The apartment has an awesome outdoor rooftop deck with great views looking towards Prater and the local Vienna area. The building does have an elevator as well! The location is perfect - the tram to/from Vienna is a block away as is the tram to/from Prater. You can also walk to the main train station in center city in about 15-20 minutes. The neighborhood is terrific with restaurants, food stores, health & beauty stores, pharmacy, bakeries - anything you need! Radetzkyplatz is 1 block away and has everything besides one of the best food kiosks around! Try the chicken Schnitzel! Thoroughly enjoyed this apartment and the location. Would absolutely stay here again!

clean, efficient property, good location, great balcony

This is a great apartment for exploring Vienna. Good location, tram to city centre right outside door although it is close enough to walk. Close to grocery shop, bakery, restaurants. Helpful orientation from Alina. the Kitchen is well equipped. The balcony is great on warm sunny evenings. We were in Vienna during a heat wave and although the apartment has air conditioning we did not need it, as there are large windows that create a lovely cross breeze in the evening. We would stay here again. Don't miss the Hundertwasser museum, which is close by.

Great location. Great Apartment, clean and well equiped.

A great location with easy access to everything by foot or by tram. Apartment was exactly as shown in the photographs and was clean, bright and well equipped. There is a nice balcony with a rooftop view. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There are wonderful local restaurants and supermarket close by. Nina & Florian Gerl were very responsive to our questions and when making the reservation. Their associates were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend this as a great place to stay in Vienna.
