A public parking garage is just 200m away (20€ per day, which is exceptionally cheap for downtown Vienna). It would be best to leave your car there and explore Vienna on foot! Another parking garage is minutes away with the subway and only costs 3€ a day.

Opposite the apartment building you can find St. Othmar church which has a neat little park and two playgrounds. A free city-bike station is also right in front of the building.

Upon your arrival we will provide you with useful tips about the surrounding area and about your stay in Vienna. Within walking distance you can find supermarkets, restaurant, Cafés, bakeries,… everything your heart desires.

We are a young family with two small children and now live on the outskirts of Vienna. Florian is in business administration and Nina is a biochemist. We used to live in one of the apartments and when we moved to a house on the outskirts of town in 2012, we pondered over what to do with our beloved, newly built apartment in the heart of Vienna. We were sure that this wonderful flat in this great location would be very much appreciated by tourists and visitors. The idea was so successful that we took up more apartments.

Great location. Great Apartment, clean and well equiped.

A great location with easy access to everything by foot or by tram. Apartment was exactly as shown in the photographs and was clean, bright and well equipped. There is a nice balcony with a rooftop view. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There are wonderful local restaurants and supermarket close by. Nina & Florian Gerl were very responsive to our questions and when making the reservation. Their associates were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend this as a great place to stay in Vienna.

Great place to stay in Vienna

The apartment was in a great location. Easy to reach places to visit on foot or by tram, but nice to come home to somewhere not in the heart of the highly touristed areas. Good local restaurant and supermarket. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Nice to have a balcony with a view. Would definitely recommend this as somewhere to stay in Vienna.

Ideal base for a city stay

Well located with easy access to the city and main areas using trams. Weekly transport ticket worth buying if staying 4 days or more (available from toboccanist on same street). Apartment was exactly as shown in the photographs and clean and well presented. Peaceful balcony overlooking courtyard with views provided additional space to an already spacious apartment. Kitchen well equipped and comfortable beds made our stay relaxing. If self catering, we would recommend the Billa that had a wider range than the Spar. Arrival arrangements and reception very straightforward and informative. Overall without fault and would definitely recommend.

Hello, thank you for a lovely four-days discovery of Vienna with my family - our first visit. The comfort and good quality furnishing of your apartment as well as the penthouse-feel of its top floor were much appreciated. Our family slept well in comfort. Everything in your apartment is well maintained and in excellent condition. We love the balcony and the view. We are four with two teenage boys but each of us felt that we had enough privacy given the layout of your apartment and the spacious rooms. I have already recommended your apartment to a friend who is coming back in August. Thank you also for the thorough communication and welcome, before and after our arrival! Wow...New Year's Eve Fireworks!!

The location was fantastic and the accommodations were great for our family of 5! Florian was super to work with when making our arrangements. This flat is convenient to public transportation as well as in walking distance to just about everything. New Year's Eve in Vienna is an incredible experience that begins at 2pm and wraps up with the most spectacular fireworks display throughout the whole city and this flat offered us a front row seat to it all!!

Perfect location!

We loved the location, it is only 10 minutes walking to the CAT (City Airport Train) and one could take the 'O' tram also! nearby are great local restaurants with wonderful food, and friendly service. The Danube channel is only a few blocks away - and the balcony gives great views of the Prater.

The apartment is well appointed and comfortable, great views and yet private and quiet. We will stay here again on our next visit.
