Our beautiful STERLING BEACH home is located on Thomas Drive just down the street from Schooners. Our resort rests on approx. 5 acres with over 300 feet of Gulf Front sugar white sand. Our pool is over 4000 sq. ft. with a large spa to enjoy. The fitness center is located pool side with LCD screens to watch CNN while working out. We also have lounger's on our balcony for you to soak up the sun. If you want to watch your DVD on a larger screen, we have a 48 seat theater with great surround sound.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE REPLACED OUR TILE WITH NEW WOOD GRAIN TILE AND REPLACED OUR SOFA AND LOVE SEAT IN NOVEMBER 2013!

Our home features luxuriously finished, custom painted, professionally decorated, and fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. All rooms have a HD TV, with a DVD ready to play. With over 1633 Sq. Ft. of living space and almost 300 Sq. Ft. of balcony, you will have enough space to feel right at home.

Nice roomy condo

Great condo. Loved the space. Beautifully decorated. Only had 1 dishtowel and no dish rags. Need to add more. Elevator was out of service twice during the week, which caused long wait times. I do not like having a room key code plus a different code to get on the beach. We were given the wrong code and had to call rental agency to correct it. Also there were no pool bands in the room. I had to call for those also.

Air wasn't working when we got there. Another call to agency. I was embarrassed to keep calling but each time agency was prompt, courteous and took care of the problems.

Owner's Response: Thank you for writing a review. We are very sorry about not having enough towels and pool passes. I have notified my management company and they have assured me that that issue is handled. As far as the elevator is concerned, that will happen from time to time for maintenance issues. The reason there are different codes for the work out room, beach gate, and condo entry door is the beach code changes once or twice a year and the workout room does not change. The entry code changes with each guest. The HVAC system has been replaced with a new one. Please never feel embarrassed to contact the management company for any reason since it is a good thing that they are local and will handle issues as they arise. Please come back and stay with us, thanks again.

Perfect! Condo great😎🌴

The condo was beautiful! Decorated to perfection, every room made you feel like you were in the master. The living area was so nice and roomy we enjoyed a big family dinner while watching the fireworks from the large balcony. Everything was perfect. Thank you Bill and Carolyn for sharing your beautiful well maintained condo with us. We truly enjoyed the space in a three bedroom unit. Sterling Beach Resort is the most beautiful condo in Panama City!🌴🌴🌴

Beautiful Condo. There was a couple of things that could be improved on. 1. Under the sofa it was very dirty looked like it had not been cleaned for a while. My granddaughter kept finding pink and purple beads all over the floor. This was not good because she is 15 month old and everything went to her mouth. I had to find a broom and sweep so I could keep her safe and try to keep bugs from coming in for the dirt and food under the sofa.

2. The ice maker did not work at all the whole time we were there. You may want to have this checked. I like to have ice for my drinks with out going to have to buy a bag.

All in all everything else was great.

Recently updated Condo with beautiful new tile floors. Love the size of sterling beach condos. 11th floor view was incredible. Plenty of kitchen utensils, wonderful laundry room and very clean. Prompt reply from owners when needed to ask questions. Would choose this condo again.
