'P-Town' attracts a cosmopolitan mix of people and is a haven for artists, writers, actors, and musicians. A vibrant nightlife is offered for those lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) and straight. A stroll through town will take visitors past an eclectic mix of historic sights, tourist shops, and clusters of picturesque homes surrounded by flower gardens. On a clear day, it is possible to have a 360° view of the entire Cape from the top of Pilgrim Monument. There are miles of ocean and bay beaches in Provincetown and the many walking and biking trails in the protected National Seashore provide visitors with views of ponds, cranberry bogs, beech forests, and sand dunes. Great spot - the yard / garden makes the place

  • 5 of 5

Great location in West End, and a really nice, peaceful, well-maintained private yard where we spent 80% of our time while we were there. Everything was well maintained, modern and clean.

Great Time!

  • 4 of 5

As this was our 1st experience renting from VRBO and from Frank, we didn't really know what to expect.

Overall, we had a great time. Frank has an amazing place. The grounds are in good shape and very attractive. The table setup was a nice place to eat our meals. The white picket fence was a nice touch. It was a very private place where we never heard loud neighbors. Definitely a place for couples who aren't loud and enjoy privacy.

Inside, the unit was always cool with a great A/C unit on both floors. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils needed to eat a few meals at home. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were awesome as well. the beds were some of the best I've ever slept in. While the bedrooms and bathrooms weren't overly large, they provided enough room for us.

The unit was a very short walk to Commercial Street (2 short blocks) and a short drive to the grocery and about 5 miles from Race Point Beach.

All in all, we had a great time!

Great property

  • 4 of 5

Just finished our week and had a great time. The rental was very well equipped, the beds comfortable, location very convenient and the outdoor space very relaxing. Additionally, the owner was always very responsive during the reservation process and even provides his contact information in the event you need to reach him during your stay. Would recommended to anyone .

Great Location - Comfortable Home and Well Appointed - Bath Towels Need Replacing

  • 4 of 5

I traveled to Provincetown for Bear Week 2015 with three of my closest friends and we selected this house because of it's location, outdoor amenities (table and chairs with cushions, portable bar, fire pit, tastefully landscaped and maintained) and recent renovation/construction. All of our expectations were met or exceeded by this home. All the appliances are new or appear new and stereo speakers throughout the house. The outdoor speakers were disabled the owner but it was communicated to our group via a newly revised house manual and Ptown guide. The only area that needs to be addressed would be updating/replacing the bath and hand towels because the ones provided reminded me of staying at a roadside motel. I think nice linens are worthy of a star.

Owner's Response: I'm thrilled your all of your expectations were met or exceeded during your stay. Thank you for your specific feedback on the towels. I will look at replacing them (as I did most all of the outdoor furniture and the sound system a few weeks prior to your stay) this summer. Frank

Fabulous House

  • 5 of 5

The house is amazing and within walking distance of the main shopping/restaurant district in Provincetown. The beach is only a short bike ride away. The property is immaculate with a contemporary decor. There is a balcony off the larger bedroom and the backyard has a beautiful patio set and a large, gas grill.

For tech-savvy holidaymakers, the house is fully-equipped with surround sound so MP3 players can be docked in almost any room. For those seeking a quiet getaway with all of the modern conveniences, this is an excellent property. Highly recommended.

Great place, great location!

  • 5 of 5

Clean, newly renovated, and great amenities! We had 2 couples staying together and it really turned out to be a fabulous place. One of the bedrooms is a little small, and there is limited hanging space, but these were minor issues compared to how well outfitted the condo is overall. Beautiful sitting area on deck, lovely garden, comfortable, and great location in West End, near bike rentals, gym, shops, etc. Would definitely stay again!
