Privately maintained atmosphere holiday.

The row house is located in a small, quiet facility, built as a so-called Ibiza, in a predominantly built with villas around. The simple form exudes modernity and comfort. The private atmosphere gives from the first day of relaxation. There is a very friendly neighborhood in German and English. In the garden you can have breakfast in the morning sun or evening barbecue on the professional gas grill his steak or his shrimp. The sunset there is the festival with a drink on the terrace. The complex has a sea access in the form of a ladder over the rocks. You can go to sunbathe and swim in a private setting. A small beach is not far away and in the marina next door has good restaurants. The nearby resort there are several supermarkets that are open every day, many small shops and restaurants. The noble marina of Porto Adriano, with its luxury boutiques and restaurants a good change.

The airport can be reached in about 30 minutes with the car and Palma is 15 minutes.

There is also a bus stop nearby, from where you can go to Palma or the center of Santa Ponsa.

Santa Ponsa is located in the southwest of the island and you can be from there in a few minutes in the mountains, go trekking and visit the markets in Santa Maria or Sineu.

Palma is an elegant city with a great cultural offer. You will not be bored, unless they want it!

The small complex is located in a quiet, residential area built exclusively. The houses are built 'Ibiza style' in the flow and a modern, clean, homely atmosphere. A beautifully landscaped garden with a seating area invite you to sunny breakfast on the terrace you can enjoy while watching the sunset sea view .The famous and picturesque Malgrat Islands can be admired from a foot to reach the viewpoint.

There is a direct route to the sea, which ends on the rocks that form the coast. There you can settle on the plateau, and sunbathe excellent.

There are 2 Inhouse sun loungers laid out ready in the garden.

The nearest beaches are approximately 1 kilometer away. There is a bus to Palma and Andratx. The bus stop is about 10 minutes away.

Santa Ponca is located between Palma and Andratx and can be reached 15-20 minutes from the airport in Palma on the motorway in approx.

The place is a lively resort with a great beach and lots of shopping. The apartment is located in the quiet side of the bay of Santa Ponca. Therefore, the relaxation factor is higher to that.
